Came in on 01/20 and dined in. Noticed that there were no clean tables. I asked the lady at the front if they had a second to wipe a few for our group and others. The lady got irritated and grabbed a wipe and handed it to us to go wipe our own table. I didn’t know we made customers do YOUR job. The most rude thing to ever happen to me in a restaurant. I understand if you were busy but this girl was just standing there doing nothing while the lobby looked an absolute mess. Maybe more direction, and communication? I work in a large business that consist of food and seating and would NEVER make my guest’s clean their own seating. We eat here often and never have any issues till today!

I am giving them a one star, but three star on food only because the food there is amazing but from what I have noticed from takeout is they only give you 10 fries, is this something that has just started because when they first opened there were fries galore and if this is the case they need to drop down their prices.

Always a pleasant experience at this location, I love they consistently have good sweet tea. You just don’t get that everywhere you go. (I’m talking about other restaurants, I’m saying canes always has good sweet tea)

So I went through the drive thru on my lunch break I ordered a 3 finger combo with a large sweet tea and tell me why I got lemonade?? They don’t sound alike at all I wasn’t pissed till I tasted it tasted like shit. I know I probably should have noticed sooner but I was lile whatever but I went to eat my food and not only WAS IS SO SOGGY FRYS AND THE CHICKEN IT TASTED AND SMELT LIKE CIGARETTES!?!? Im not one to typical get up set or cause a scene and this has never happened before when ive gone here so I’m not sure what happened today bit please be aware of stuff like this because I dont understand how my food should taste and smell like a cigarette?
