My wife and I ordered mobile here on January 11, 2026. We have been ordering here for 3 years and today was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. Like usual, we ordered ahead with the mobile app for a 6 piece with a large lemonade with no ice (to prevent getting watery) to split between the two of us.

First off, the lemonade tasted extremely watery, despite us intentionally ordering a lemonade with no ice to prevent watering down. It almost tasted like the cup was 2/3 water and 1/3 lemonade. We chose to throw it out rather than finish it. The photo doesn’t do it justice, but when you look at the lemonade, it just looks more transparent than it usually does.

Second, the styrofoam tray that the food came in had smaller styrofoam pieces flaked all over it that got into our food. We didn’t even notice it until a few bites in (see pictures). Seems like maybe the holes that poke out were left in and then fell off into our food? There were multiple pieces and I’m not sure if any were accidentally consumed before we noticed. That is definitely a choking hazard, especially for small children.

I will say that the taste of the food was still good, but the taste of the lemonade on top of the inedible Styrofoam mixed into the food ruined our experience today.

The staff is super happy, joyous, and professional! It was a really good feel to be here, very friendly all the way around and the restaurant as shown with my imagines is very well kept with cool artwork! They play music to keep the vibes going! It’s a no smoking zone which we appreciate. The staff was also very accommodating to waiting even though I only waited for a couple minutes. They did apologize for the wait, which I said it’s totally cool!

Great food, fast friendly service. Clean and consistent.

My son and I went here a few times when we were in town. Our first time at Raising Canes. Both times were same. We walked in and it was packed with college students and long line. It was clean with a fun vibe. To my surprise we were ordering in no time. They were really friendly. We got the big box. We found a table no problem and they brought our food fast. The tenders, frys, and toast were so good. And the lemonade amazing. Definitely get the dripping sauce. Everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor.
We will be back. I honestly keep carving it.

Best fried chicken in the U.S.! The chicken was perfectly crispy and tender, the sauce was delicious, and the fries were tasty too—though I wouldn’t mind a slightly larger portion. I also loved the bread! I hope they open a few more locations in the Detroit suburbs!

Only a couple free 15 mins parking spots available in front of the restaurant

Chicken was great! Fries were great! Cane’s sauce is a must! I love getting half tea/half lemonade from here and the restaurant is currently serving leprechaun (green) lemonade! Busy place! Fast service! Two kiosks available to place orders as well as service at front counter! Plain and simple, always hot and good!

It’s fine. But I don’t get it. For 10 years I’ve heard people raving about Raisin Cane’s, and it’s pretty basic chicken tenders. They were good, but nothing special, at all. I’ve heard about their sauce, I don’t get that either, it’s just fry sauce, presumably just mayo and ketchup together. Maybe some pepper in it, but not interesting. Service was poor, they got my order wrong. But that big of a deal. It’s fast food chicken tenders, it’s fine … Maybe a touch overpriced.

1st time trying a Rasing Canes all the way from Scotland and after seeing videos of it we thought it was a must to try! Lovely and fresh chicken! Staff super friendly. The place was so busy though we had to eat in the car.

The Manager who was working at 3:30 on Monday, August 18th, was the absolute best because she helped me through a mistake I made by ordering at the wrong location. I didn’t have to pay again because she took it upon herself to handle it and that she did. To nobodies surprise it was absolutely amazing and came out very fast.

Just a bunch of good chicken fingers-

Always loved Raising Cane’s. This one was no different. Juicy chicken, crispy fries, and amazing Texas toast. I do just wish the chicken came in larger portions.

Prices are decent and the restaurant ambiance here was particularly nice. I’m always used to there being a party in Raising Cane’s so for this branch to be on the quieter side was nice.
