After a long day off Christmas shopping, we all got 4pc combo meals. This place is very upbeat and extremely friendly. The chicken was cooked perfectly, it had a nice crispy crunch, the sauce was delicious. Staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend canes to anyone, the menu was easy to decide what we wanted and our meals were made fast. We decided to go park and eat because we where on the move. The staff here were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, making the experience really enjoyable. Service was fast and efficient, and the restaurant was spotless and well-maintained. Everything about this place made it a pleasant visit. Shout out to the manager who was professional and did all the quality checks. You can tell she runs a tight ship. We were there on a Friday night. Didn’t get her name. She deserves a shout out.

I went there with my family about 3:30-4 pm. The staff was amazing! Super friendly and fast! The woman who was at the counter was accurate and even checked in through the meal. The manager: TOP TIER! He, not only cared about and was friendly to us as the customer, he also was the same with his staff. The atmosphere and the experience was postive. I will definitely be back on many more occasions!

While the chicken hits the spot, this restaurant is known for their dipping sauce. The tenders are fairly good size and coated in a soft, crunchy outer shell. The chicken definitely has its own taste compared to other competitors. For a beverage, I always go for the sweet tea. This is the only restaurant I order a sweet tea from. It just gives the meal a nice sweet and salty combo. Enjoy!

I was not impressed with this meal. We drove for miles looking forward to amazing fried chicken, coleslaw, fries, and bread… The chicken was extremely bland and just didn’t taste like I remembered. Also, the place was pretty busy and I believe that is why it was not as clean as other locations I have visited. It was an experience, for sure.

First time here to find out all the fuss. Chicken came apart more like string cheese but was decent tasting, no wow factor. Fries needed longer in the fryer and average tasting. Not sure I get the point of 3 bites of coleslaw but it was also fine. Canes sauce 4/10. I’m sure some people love it but I didn’t see the hype.

*** past review*** I love when I order extra sauce, pay for it, and don’t get it… How can anyone eat this food with no sauce?? What? Are you going to tell me to call and get a refund of a whole $2? It’s the principle of ordering and paying for something I should get it. Don’t tell me give them a break because this is not the first nor second nor third time this has happened.. 2 sauces should be a minimum per order anyways..

Food great! I love that the batter is not really thick like other fast food chains. Honey mustard is awesome! Nothing like fresh brewed ice tea to go with it! Great job, Raising Cane!

Clean place. Looks like it’s nicely ran. Everyone is kind and helpful. Food was out pretty quickly for being busy, and was tasty! Free refills on the lemonade was awesome!
