The Chicken Tenders are the best I have ever had. Sweet tea was genuinely good. Most other food items are mediocre. I think a selection of dipping sauces would be a welcomed addition to the menu as their sauce is barely adequate. I buy 25/50 tenders and make my own sauces at home.

Been to this Cane’s and it’s always delicious! The chicken, fries, and toast are always awesome, and they get your food to you in record time!

I operate as door dasher but I’ve tasted their food before. It’s mediocre chicken tenders with lack of seasoning but are only good because of sauce. Sides are very limited. Garlic toast, slaw, or thin home fries. I suggest get 5 lb country pride chicken from Sam’s for $16 and air fry instead.

The chicken fingers, toast, and fries are all amazing. Their sauce is also very tasty. The food is economically priced for food portion sizes. The employees are on their game, and the food was prepared in good time. The dining room is nice, but too small.

Chicken fingers are quality and delicious, but the fries were cold, soggy, and tasted practically raw. When ordering online the menu says that the combos include a drink, but when you go to order, they add another $1.00, unless you choose no drink.

The prices are ridiculously high in relation to the actual quality of the food.
The chicken texture is tougher and more dry than the local Lees Famous Recipe or Hardee’s and the taste is more bland.
The main thing that makes it palatable is the dipping sauce.
This is not a store-specific issue. I have tried other Cane’s locations and they are all the same; tasteless, dry chicken tenders hiding under decent dipping sauce being sold at 1.5 times the cost of other, higher quality, fast food chicken joints.

This is the newest Cane’s along the way from Detroit to Cincinnati! Great good, and great atmosphere! The thing that disappointed me during this particular visit was the Coke did not taste correctly—it tasted a bit more like Diet.

Slowest drive through in Lima. We waited in line for 30 minutes.
Chicken is OK. I don’t see what all the hype is about. Honestly, Lee’s chicken is superior.
I also don’t like how you’re forced into buying the sides. It would be nice to get a 4 piece tender without all the sides and soft drink.
Considering the horrible wait times and OK taste, I will stick with Lee’s for all my fried chicken needs.

Went through the drive through about 12 noon. Fast, efficient, friendly, and delicious. This was our first time at Lima location. We’ve been to Columbus, Huber, and Cincinnati locations previously. Those are great as well. Will be back to the Lima store a lot since we gave more upcoming appointments in Lima. Build one in Sidney, OH!

Meh…What a joke.
$6.50 for 3 tiny slivers of chicken. They were iterally 2″ long x 1/2″ wide each. You could cut a single chicken breast into 6 – 8 of these “fingers”.
What a massive ripoff!
Nothing special and prepared with no care or attention to detail. Half the breading was knocked off.
Enjoy my $6.50 because you will never see another penny from me.
