Good service, great chicken. I recommend you eat in. If you carry out, don’t go far, it doesn’t last long in the to go containers. Not sure if this is a bad thing, it means it’s super fresh and crispy. I sure doesn’t affect the drive thru line.

Great spot to stop for lunch. Always amazing chicken and bread! Cane sauce keeps bringing me back! Clean restaurant and always quick service for getting my lunch even with a long line. Never stuck waiting longer then 10 minutes. Keep up the great work Canes! Thanks as always.

I asked for a sandwich combo no fries extra toast. Got fries. Fries are old. Toast for box combo wasn’t even butter on both sides and one was burnt other barely toasted. Just had surgery and was craving canes. Disappointed.

Friday night around 10 PM, went through the drive-thru and had the best customer service ever. The guy taking my order was hilarious—he literally clucked like a chicken and had me laughing so hard I couldn’t even place my order. I had to sit there for a good three minutes just to calm down Totally made my night. Food was great, vibes were even better. Give that man a raise!

Every time i come in here i get in and out quick, the food is always very well prepared, i decided to leave this review because the gentleman up front, Mark, is an amazing employee/person. I had ordered a single order of fries grouped with other items. He gave me my food and i walked out and i sat in my car and i saw him running out with a box and i waved him down and he said “I don’t know if you got your fries or not man but here you go” and i did not have my fries originally, but he made sure i got them! I just thought that was awesome he could have just let it go and i might not of even noticed before i pulled out. Not only that but anytime im in there Mark is always busting his tail taking orders, making sure people are getting what they need and not missing anything. He takes care of everyone and took care of me so i left this review. Keep doing your thing! You guys are amazing.

I can not thank Raising Cane’s in Eastgate enough, on very short notice, literally 20 minutes, they fulfilled an order for 250 chicken tenders during a very busy part of their day for an event. The manager confidently fulfilled my order with no questions asked. I highly recommend them for catering and will be returning for this service again.

The best chicken ever. Blows Chick-fil-A, Lee’s, KFC, and every other place out of the water. They only have one kind of dipping sauce–their own–but it’s so good you don’t need any alternatives. I appreciate how they give veterans a discount.

We made a trip to Cincinnati and was so excited to see Raising Cain’s right around the corner from our hotel.
We were going to eat there that evening but unfortunately it had closed early due to Labor Day (or that is what we thought lol)
So we decided we would eat lunch here after venturing to Jungle Jim’s the next morning.
I’m so glad we did, too!
This was my 1st time eating here, and I LOVED it.
The server was GREAT.
He was super nice and very helpful!
He told us about how they make the LEMONADE fresh DALY, which, btw is DELICIOUS as well!
The food was AMAZING!
I got the 4 piece Platter and substituted my coleslaw for another piece of the garlic bread ( I love that stuff, !)
The restaurant was very clean!
I will definitely eat here again when I am back in Cincinnati.

Horrible service, horrible size, unbelievable! My French fries are almost bigger then the the chicken! When I asked manager on duty he told me to call headquarters. There’s nothing he can do about it. I respond with so you raised the price and made the chicken little. Robbing people! He said basically yes. Unreal, save your time and money and learn from my experience. Today is Tuesday 5/17/2022 at noon.
