Today must not be your day or something because I think this is the last time I’ll be going to this location for awhile. I tried to place a DoorDash order all afternoon and it was saying you were “closed” but on google it said you had been opened for hours. I called and you were indeed open. You then proceeded to turn your DoorDash services back on at 3 pm and so I placed my order. I placed an order for a box combo with extra Texas toast x2 and extra canes sauce x3 and a large sweet tea. I didn’t get my extra Texas toast, canes sauce, or a large sweet tea. I’m very disappointed.

Until now, my experiences with each and every Cane’s location visited has been positive. The interaction with the Dressler Rd location in Canton disturbed me and I have decided to restrict patronage at this store. I ordered lunch for my colleague and I, but when the order arrived (via Doordash) of 2 sandwich combos, we found no caniac sauce on the buns, and the portion of fries in one of the combos was greatly diminished. I have ordered the same menu item each time that I have ordered from this location, but this time was different. I promptly called the location and spoke to a hesitant and disinterested management team member. I explained the poor quality of the order, conveyed that I was a frequent patron, and asked for her name. This alleged manager told me that she was NOT going to tell me her name, she had no obligation to do so, and because I ordered it through DoorDash, so sad, too bad for me. I tried again to explain that I order from that location on a weekly, if not biweekly basis via DoorDash and had never experienced any difficulty. She didn’t care. She was rude, evasive, and I out of frustration, I eventually hung up and decided not to patronize that location ever again. What kind of manager refuses to give a first name, or some reference point to which the consumer can come in and obtain some sort of credit or courtesy meal? I also asked her for the name of the owner if it was a franchise. At least she told me this: it’s corporate. I was dismayed at her attitude and the way she failed to provide customer satisfaction and/or compensation for the lousy meal. Very disappointed and not buying lunch for me or anyone in my office ever again. Beware.

First time eating here. Got the sandwich meal and 2 extra fingers. Food was good. Got my food and asked for a side of the cane sauce. Was told its an extra cost…. WHAT!! I will never return because of this! Seems petty, but I wasnt using my card for a .30 sauce. Should at least got 1 sauce for free with meal!! I can go to Chick Filla and get all the sauces I want for free. Eating these chicken fingers without sauce wasnt the best…..

I remember when I first went here. My son told me that I had to try this restaurant. When we pulled in I said, CHICKEN FINGERS sarcasticly. I went it & today it is one of my favorite places to go! So, do not judge a restaurant by its name. Go in & try their food. It may surprise you!!

Spent a good amount of money on a catering order to not be under a heat lamp. Arrived early and it was on the counter. Got about halfway home to realize they forgot part of the order. I tried calling three times no answer . Won’t be catering with this place ever again.

It was good, but not wait in line in your car for 30min. Good. I’ll have to visit again on a mellower day. I’m personally not a fan of the signature sauce, however the breading on the chicken was really good a very nice texture & taste, sweet teas great, not a fan of the fries but my daughter liked them. & loved the toast. Also the staff was great, all those people in line & they were still cool & calm in the drive through. Sure hope these workers are being paid a great wage because the company is definitely making bank.

Food and everything was great. Came thru the drive thru and placed my order 9/7/25 at 10:23PM, the guy had an attitude while I was placing my order, then once I get to the window I hand him my card he hands me my drinks I ordered 1 Dr-pepper NO ICE 1 Medium Coke, I got handed 2 Dr-peppers With Ice So I Ask For Him To Fix The 1 and have no ice and he did but did not realize I was handed another dr-pepper instead of Coke but when handing me my dr-pepper with no ice the top wasn’t secure and spilled all over me! Hands me napkins like that’s gonna do something. Truly worst experience I’ve had so far here.

I waited 15 minutes for curbside pickup and no one ever came out with my food. I finally went inside, where a young gentleman and another lady were at the counter. When I explained that I had been waiting, the young gentleman—who appeared to be a young student—was the only one who apologized.
The lady simply said, “Oh, it didn’t show that you were here,” with no apology at all.
Very poor service. I won’t be returning. Chick-fil-A will continue to get my business—at least they know how to apologize when something goes wrong.
