I’ve always wanted to try a Raising Canes. When we were at the mall for black friday and i seen there was one here i had to try it. The chicken was the best chicken I’ve had. It was tender and juicy. I didnt care for the sauce at first, it tasted like ketchup, but by the end it i didn’t hate it. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area. Id recommend it.

I ordered through DoorDash and the restaurant never confirmed my order. I called after an hour of the order waiting for approval and finally called the restaurant. The manager told me the DoorDash drivers are responsible for creating orders. That was an absolute lie and her trying to wiggle out of responsibility for ignoring take out orders. She could’ve just cancelled the order in a professional manner if they weren’t equipped to fill it. Instead they lied and blamed someone else for the issue. Additionally we’ve been periodically given partial orders and chicken that appears to have sat under a heat lamp. This location hasn’t been open long enough to be half rate. It’s definitely the lack of proper management causing the issues.

I ordered on DoorDash with it totaling to 37$. My doordasher drove there. Picked up my order and brought it to me. As she was leaving we realized she got the wrong order. There were two different Kathryn orders. We talked to the manager (nick) and he said he would have them made and to come back up with the receipts (my receipt of what I ordered and the one they gave the dasher) the dasher went up and the women at rhe counter was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE and talked so nasty to this women. My husband was on the phone the whole time listening to how this women spoke all bc the dasher was trying to do the right thing and the MANAGER NICK said they would handle it. Truly disgusting how this crew member treated this women. It’s not hard to be kind to others

Food was good, chicken was a little soggy and soft but still good, fries were perfectly salted and delicious. Toast was delicious, made a delicious chicken sandwich out of em. Also lemonade was fire 8.5/10 Will be back again

I’ve been here 8 times now and only one time was everything in my order. There’s always something missing and I never bother going back. Today I didn’t get my entire order and my fry was about 1/3 the size they normally give you. The lettuce on the chicken sandwich was super soggy and the chicken was soaked in oil and not crispy at all. Overall the price is too high and the food is not worth it. Not planning on going back again.

I finally was able to visit this venue and it started out nice…went thru the drive thru because I am elderly and cannot walk very well. The lady who took my order was very kind and professional…I ordered the craniac without a drink (I’m not a soda drinker…) but added extra coleslaw … for old folks ruffage is a good thing :o)… Order was all packaged up and in a big bag that I took home…when I finally got into my place and unpacked the bag, I was really disappointed…oh there the 6 pieces of chicken and the crinkle fries..the sides of cole slaw and sauces but there wasn’t any of the texas toast…it was missing…and, to be honest, I came thru after 1:30pm to avoid the lunch bunch traffic…the food was…. well, greasy, kinda cold, and a big disappointment…there was chicken drowning in that breading they dip it in but…well…the whole thing was a big disappointment after I’d been wanting to visit for months and finally could. Only nice part of the whole thing was the lovely lady at the driveup window…she was an angel. But for $16plus dollars and missing an item, getting charged for the extra coleslaw after saying no to the drink…. I won’t be coming round again…a shame cuz I really thought with the advertising I had seen it would be nice.

Normally one of my favorite go to restaurants but this last time the chicken was fatty and under cooked. When I brought it to the managers attention I was called a liar and said all chicken is cut perfectly and there is no fat. My chicken was pink inside and mushy. Will not return and terrible service

Crazy happy that they brought Cane’s to Niles, OH!!!! ♥️ Best Sweet Tea around. And the Cane sauce….LOVE IT!!! I’m a ketchup girl all the way, but I dip my chicken and my fries in Cane sauce!!! Crazy busy but got our food quick and it was hot!!!! The drive thru was packed too. Had police directing the traffic because the setup is not the best. But HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you like chicken strips, Texas toast and CANE SAUCE!!! ♥️

Food is good. But the manager was very rude. She personally messed up my order and got mad when I came back in to ask for the rest of my food she was very ignorant about it. This is like the 3rd time I’ve had a problem with that manager. They need to retrain her asap.
