I visited today with the intention of dining in, but I will not be returning. The entire place appeared to be run by high schoolers supervising other high schoolers, and the result was complete chaos. It felt more like a social hangout for their friends than a functioning restaurant. Staff were more focused on chatting than taking orders, and at one point they even allowed one of their buddies to shout customer names at the top of his lungs to announce orders. When my food finally came out, I immediately asked for a to go box. The environment was so loud and disorderly that eating in would have been an unpleasant experience. It genuinely felt like kids were running the show, and even the managers seemed to be laughing and enjoying themselves while their friend yelled out names. Overall, it was an unprofessional and disappointing experience.

First visit to Raising Cane’s. We were welcomed upon entering the door. We mentioned it was our first visit. The counter person and another employee who overheard it was our first visit were so kind in sharing what their favorite meal is.
The order was accurately filled and quickly ready. We enjoyed every bit.
It is not located close to home, but today it was on our way home from an appointment. We are now planning when to make a trip back for our next dining experience.
To the owner – you have a great crew. In our 25 minutes, the team was cleaning and restocking. So friendly…and smiling.
Thank you!

I used to LOVE this Caine’s and go to this location at least twice a week for lunch. But the last time I went I got food poisoning. I only ate Caine’s that day and it was within an hour of eating that I got sick. I’ve had food poisoning before and know that’s what I had. I can’t say I’ll be back which is a massive bummer to me.

Customer service was good. The chicken strips were okay.
The cane’s sauce was decent, but would not eat it off of cardboard. It’s not that great as people have told me. The french fries had no love to them. The texas toast was probably about the best of these meal. And the Cole slaw was average. Also, the restaurant was decently clean.

This is a newer fast food chicken restaurant. Grandkids love it! The food is very good and was hot when it was served. The chicken fingers are large and tender. The service was very fast and friendly and the restaurant was spotless. Prices are reasonable. Well done!

I unfortunately can’t rate the atmosphere as we only went through the drive thru, but we decided to stop here on our way home because I’ve never had Raising Cane’s before.
The chicken was hotter than a volcano when we received it, straight outta the fryer, so be sure to give yours time to cool before digging in. I didn’t mind because it was fresh.
The crunchy outer coating was delicious, but I wasn’t really into the Cane sauce. No problem though because the chicken was delightful enough to eat without any sauce at all! (My husband really liked the sauce so its just a matter of opinion).

This place has gone way downhill and portion sizes are tiny as prices continue to increase. This is supposed to be double fries and the chicken fingers are small. $16 + for is a complete joke. Won’t be back.

Cane’s specialty is its special sauce and fresh, tender and moist chicken with ight crispy breading. The buttered and grilled texas toast is also delicious, and the crinkle-cut fries are nice and crispy. The sauce is magical. Do yourself a favor and substitute the cole slaw for another piece of toast. The only less than absolutely stellar part of my visit was that the sweet tea is fairly lightly-sweetened – I want to taste the diabetes!
Also, a “hidden” menu trick: if you get a combo without the drink, it’s $1 less.

I do door dash and I come here numerous times a day , everyday, and the dasher has to order the food and pay with a dash card , so normally whoever takes the order just looks at the phone while I am holding it up and no big deal but today the counter girl was rude and quick to tell me she can’t read it off my phone ,l didnt have my glasses on me , and she wouldn’t read my phone , so i unassigned the order and i wont take any more of there orders , this area has a numerous foreign dashers who don’t speak English , so if she would not read my phone while I am holding it up , she isn’t going to read anyone else’s either , so long canes!!!
