This is my 2nd review for Raising Cane’s at this location. The food and customer service was still great and my family really enjoy everthing they ordered. The entire. restaurant was clean well lighted. Their prices are moderate for what we ordered. The restaurant atmosphere was somewhat slow compared to other times I’ve been here when it was very busy

What’s a shame. Chicken food restaurant with fries without catchup!!!!!! I came yesterday as drive thru. The workers are very slowly and after confirming the order with rxtra catchup with payment windows too . The delivery window lady said that no catchup. They are out of catchup i asked her to put instead of extra sauce. She said you har to pay for it. . How come. Plus i order hi -c no ice. It came full of ice. Whats a shame branch. And the people need to be trained how to deal with customer. We are not their slaves !!!! Here is a copy of the order as a proof of my comment

We live about 45 min from this location and decided to stop here for a quick dinner on our way home after a late appt. We ordered sometime after 7:30 to eat in the dining room. No where online did it show the dining room closed at 8 and it was never mentioned when we ordered. We get our order pretty fast and are in the middle of our first chicken strip and an employee comes over and states “The dining room closes at 8”. Don’t think anything of it since we still have about 8 minutes. At 8:05, another employee comes over and tells us “The dining room is closed”. Ok, there is also another customer in there waiting for a to go order. I nicely tell her, we know, we are almost done. My family owned a restaurant for almost 50 yrs and NEVER would we have hurried paying customers, eating their food, out of the dining room!! You just start cleaning on the opposite side of the customers and once they leave, you finish that area We would just lock the door so no more customers would be able to come in.

I’ve visited Cane’s a few times and this location is usually great. But this time I was somehow give bread that somehow had numbers printed directly on it? I am sure the printing happened accidentally but I feel like whomever packed the food should have noticed it. Conversely, I do want to note that Anaya at the drive through window is probably the most pleasant person I’ve ever been serviced by at this location. She was extremely friendly, smiled and did a great job. Keep her around!

I treated myself to raising canes today. I havent been since summer. Tell me why all my chicken was a pinky finger worth of chicken with breading. I was so sad. I was really looking forward to this meal.

Had lunch here with my husband on the weekend. Really really good chicken tenders! They do one thing and they do it well!
Chicken was very moist but the coating was crunchy. How do they manage this kind of wizardry?! Texas was good and not too salty and fries were fresh and hot.
Will definitely return. YUM. Restaurant was also clean and tidy – pretty sure this location is brand new. Staff were friendly and efficient.

First time going here and I liked it. The chicken fingers was a 10 for me. Thick and juicy. The meal also came with fries, coleslaw and a slice of Texas toast. Quite feeling. Customer service was friendly. Would go back again. Have already started recommending to others as a must try

I went here today because it’s one of Hubbys favorite places. I ordered two chicken tenders , he ordered his regular. I took two bites of one and saw on the end a piece of curly black hair IN the tender itself! Not on. IN like wrapped into the breading. Hubby called and they offered to replace them. Lackluster apology etc… and I’m not eating a replacement because that whole experience is now troubling because HOW! This is just nasty and gross . Gross. (My hair is red btw & hubby has super short hair.
