Love Canes usually and frequent the Akron and Canton locations on a regular basis, but this place was horrible. After getting our order, we looked for a place to sit, and every single table in the entire place had either crumbs or left over food on it. Would have been more understanding, but we were the only people there at 3:00 in the afternoon. Food was okay, but not up to the standard that it usually is. This place really needs a manager to direct employee show to do simple tasks like cleaning tables and emptying the trash. Won’t be back to this Canes anytime soon.

Great place for chicken tenders. Tried this on a weeknight with my husband. Shared the 4 chicken tender basket with fried and Texas toast. Food was hot, was ready quickly, and tasted good. Staff were friendly too. Tables were clean. Will definitely return.

We got to the drive through, and before we could even see the menu we were asked what we would like to order. I told the person I wasn’t sure yet, and would like to see the menu first. He rolled his eyes and said ok. I didn’t think k I was asking for much, as it had been a couple months since I had been to a raising canes and wanted to see the menu before I ordered. I ended up getting the 3 piece and my fiance got the 6. The toast was only half toasted, soggy on one side, and tasted old. The chicken was good, as it always is, but the sauce was on the flavorless side. Very odd for canes as I remember the one I frequently went to in Columbus, the sauce was the center piece of the meal. The fries were cold and old as well. I love raising canes, but I was very disappointed in this location, and will not be returning.

Excellent! I’m not a huge fan of chicken tenders, but WOW! these changed my mind! And I love crinkle fries!!!! Very clean, fast and courteous service. Only negative I can say is that they don’t carry Pepsi products Definitely a must try! I sure hope they expand into the Pittsburgh area

I love canes but this place is often dirty and every time I come. It’s usually around lunch time but it feels like they’re often surprised that people will be there. The drive through took 20 minutes to get through today as the 5th person in line. I love the place but it just seems to be constantly under prepared and poorly managed.

The staff here went way above and beyond for us today!! It was my son’s first time at Canes. We had driven an hour and a half (nobody knew that) to find out they were closed for a staff party. We had about 45 minutes to wait until they opened. Instead of having us wait, they opened just for our order. They took time out of their own celebration so my son could finally try their chicken!! To say he loved it is an understatement. He ate his 6 piece and one piece of my 3 pieces (and both of our bread) and said “i think i need more”. They were still closed so i told him he’d have to wait until our next trip. He said no other chicken he’s ever had compares and i agree. Thank you to all the staff who took tike away from their own celebration to make sure my son could enjoy his first Canes meal. It definitely won’t be his last!!

Haven’t had a good experience at this place at all! The first time I went they lost my order, blamed it on me and made me wait almost 2 hours for 2 box combos. I decided to try it again today and my bread was moldy! I didn’t notice until after I started eating it so I really hope I don’t get sick. The Lakewood location is so much better!

I recognize the enormous effort of time and money that went into making this Canes a reality for Mentor, but we left disheartend. We ordered the Caniac and were very surprised at the lack of flavors. The slaw had no tang, the krinkle fries, while hot and ok were just fries with no seasoning other than salt, the garlic bread was soft and honestly tasted the best out of all 5 items. The lemonade was watered down which was surprising, minute maid does it way better. And the star, the chicken fingers were hot and tender, but very small for $15. See pic. I was surprised the actual chicken finger had little flavor and no seasoning. The Krispy Krunch chicken fingers from the gas station down the street taste way better for one third the cost. 2 out of 5 stars.
