When I called I never actually expected anyone to pick up because it was 50 minutes after closing (literally 1:50am) Kaden picked up. I had a small issue with my order and I have to say the manager on duty, Kaden (hope I spelled that correctly) handled it with perfect professionalism. Thank you so much for doing such a great job at customer service and customer recovery. At the end of the day that is what matters most. Great job! We will definitely be coming back!

We normally like Raising Canes but the service was lousy again this time. The girl at the drive through acted like she was put out to take our order. I also ordered a naked tender for my dog that was with us in the car, and was expecting to be charged for it like all of our other food. It was not in the bag or on the receipt. She could have at least told us because I had to repeat the order 2x. So I know she heard me. This is not the first time we had this kind of service here. I wish the managers could see how people act when they are gone for the night. If we go again and the window girl has a bad attitude like she has had the last 3 times acting put out to do a basic job we probably will stop going here all together.

This location is definitely lacking in customer service compared to other locations. I would encourage you to not do a mobile order for curbside pickup because the food doesn’t get brought out. I waited for 15 minutes and then attempted to call and no one answers the phone. I walked in to get my food and the woman apologized but handed me a bag that she admitted had been sitting on the counter for 15 mins. I had to ask for it to be remade because it didn’t even occur to her to offer that.

My travels today take me to Canes Chicken in Amherst Ohio. One of the top 3 Chicken fast food places you can find. Cool vibe in the place. Great sauce! The fries were awful and cold. But the chicken was so amazing. Outdoor seating when weather permits. Plenty of free parking. They also have a drive thru.

My girlfriend and I got 3 piece chicken tender combos. The tenders, as always, were absolutely delicious and very tender. The fries on the other hand were VERY salty, like every fry we had we had to chug some soda to wash out it down with, after just 3 fries we both agreed they were too salty to eat. We both LOVE Raising Cane’s (I more so than my girlfriend tbh), and we don’t have any Raising Cane’s near where we live in Berkley County, WV area so whenever we go out on a road trip somewhere if/when we see a Raising Cane’s it’s a must go to stop. The only other location we’ve gone to, so far, was on the way up to Virginia Beach and the fries there were also way too salty to eat as well. We don’t know if that’s just how all Raising Cane’s salts the fries every time but either way it’s far too much salt especially for such good fries as Raising Cane’s fries are.
