Food is good and service is good. Its on par with any other canes. The problem I have is that the parking lot is too small and the line for the drive through gets crazy. I’ve been gridlocked in the line and not moving for 20 minutes bc no one could move. The people who got their food couldn’t leave and the line went out onto stringtown. It is extremely frustrating. Its a terrible design. I would avoid going anytime around dinner. It happens every evening. Not always that bad but it is always a headache. They need someone directing traffic or something to prevent the line from blocking people leaving so its not gridlocked.

The staff here are AMAZING I had a issue with my order on the 27th the lady I spoke with on the phone is amazing she took my info down and told me to come back so they could correct my meal. I went back today and the manager Aiden and the person at the window with the long dirty blonde hair was amazing I rarely eat out except on special occasions and wow they were soo kind to me and welcoming they didn’t hesitate to fix my order. This has been the best rasin canes I’ve ever been to. They all truly deserve a raise or something because they are amazing thank you for the great customer service it was very much appreciated I’ll definitely be back and the portions were great nice big pieces of chicken

I was having a hard day and came in for lunch alone with my three month old and everyone was so kind. I can’t have dairy and the employees made sure to assure me my meal would be safe, and once I was seated with my son they insisted on bringing my food to me. He even got some compliments from the people working the register! The kindness of the workers at this location definitely lightened the load for me.

Great food. Chicken tenders were juicy, crunchy outside. Coleslaw is amazing. Better than KFC! A bit pricey, but you get a good amount of food, for what you pay for.

Fine. Had to wait 10min for a 25pc tail gate. Np but they forgot cane sause went inside and asked for some but one girl looked at me like I was lying. But have me 14 sauce didn’t need that much. Still taste good and hot.

Haven’t been to canes in a while and bought the caniac combo and subbed out the slaw for toast. Got home thinking they must’ve forgot 1 toast since I only gotten 2 with my order. Oh wells right then went a few days later only to figure out they’re only giving us 1 toast with the caniac meal which has 6 tenders. Either they are worried about our health or just being cheap and now giving us just 1 toast. Come on canes yall really took 1 toast from the meal that’s $16 with just 6 tenders and fries. Already over charging and taking now taking a toast off is greedy.

Stringtown Road is very busy on Saturdays. I suggest ordering online and going inside to pick up your order ! Cars were wrapped around the building. Traffic was crazy but all I had to do was walk inside and get my food. It was fresh. It was great. My only complaint is not being able to join the Kenny club online. You have to get a physical card from the restaurant then you can use it digitally. Just seems like an unnecessary step.
