We walked in and benson Boone was playing and a bunch of frat guys were in here frat flicking to the banger of the song. Interesting song choice but cool experience. Food was so good my homeboy was licking my fingers when I was done. 9/10 overall experience.

I ordered 2 caniac combos which are supposed to have 6 pieces of chicken in the order. However, in both of the boxes I received only 4 pieces each and got charged for a caniac combo. I spent 35 dollars on fast food and they couldn’t even get my order right or try to make the situation better. Paying 17 dollars a box and missing chicken in both is irritating when trying to feed my family.

I’ve been a customer here for a while, and they keep getting better. My most recent visit on 10/4 had the best staff I’ve encountered at any fast food restaurant, hands down. They were friendly, efficient, and whoever was in the kitchen had it down to a science. The chicken was amazing, and it secured canes as my top spot for fast food whenever I need a quick meal.

Shout out to Tori at the Powell location for being an amazing worker! I haven’t door dashed in a long while and I had two orders. She made sure to separate the orders and she helped me to make sure the correct drinks went with the correct orders. She saved my night!

The service was outstanding. Not only did they bring the food to the table but when they saw that my 3 kids were sharing a meal, the workers brought out extra plates and napkins without us having to ask. The owner came around to chat and was super friendly, we did not feel rushed to leave. One of the best fast food experiences we have had.

Great place to bring the nephews to after visiting the Columbus zoo. I love that i can sub out all of the sides for more toast. Also you can buy llarge drink containers filled with Cane’s sauce. We always take the sauce home and use it on our chicken nuggets/tenders.

Everybody loves Cane’s, right?!?! Hit this location up after a trip to the zoo. It was fast as usual. I didn’t need a drink with my combo, so they deduct $1.00, but the cashier was nice enough to ask if I needed a water or anything.

I must compliment Ryan – front counter attendant who was working during the Aug 21st evening shift. He is the reason we had a truly exceptional dining experience. Coming as a group of 3, we were barely expecting any special attention from the crew at this Raising Cane’s location. Ryan was friendly, very attentive to our needs, knew the menu well and proposed options. We will be definitely coming back and hope that he is working the shift again!
