This was my first eating at raising canes. It’s super good and a decently priced. One of the workers asked if I wanted extra cane sauce and I took all of them thinking that she was giving them all to me, I felt like a dumbass when I got back to my hotel and realized I had 5 sauces for 4 chicken strips. Really good sauce though.

I ordered a chicken tender meal, and told the lady I would also like the 3 piece sandwhich meal. She rang it up for the 3 piece tender meal, which maybe the way I worded it, was too strange. They gladly made a sandwhich meal after I told what happened. They even let me keep the first meal. They were so awesome.

First time eating at Raising Canes. It was a wonderful experience. Fresh, hot, delicious chicken. The sauce is yummy as well. And the Texas toast The service was wonderful and we had our order quickly. The dining area was nice and clean and the atmosphere was peaceful. I would totally eat here again, except we’re from Pa 🙂

Love Canes. Very consistent in quality no matter when you go. I went just recently at 11:30pm on the way to pick someone up at the airport then went a few days later for at late lunch and dined in. Both times food was fresh. Restaurant is clean, but could use a little sprucing up. Staff friendly and efficient.

First time here. Wanted to see what my nieces were talking about. Chicken was just ok. It appeared to have been torn pieces of chicken breast. Sauce ok. I liked the Cole slaw. And fries were average. Overall it’s descent but nothing to write home about.

We love Cains. However, at this location, there was a tornado warning while we were eating. The staff all ran into the back bathrooms, refused to allow any customers in (there were a few people in the dining area, but it wasn’t packed), and told us we could either leave, or stay in the dining area. We had no idea what was going on. Another customer told us that two tornadoes were spotted headed our way, so we had to rush out of the restaurant to try to find safety. They even refused a pregnant woman and her young child just as we were leaving as well. Love the food, but the Florence, Kentucky location needs MUCH better staff.

I love this restaurant. They have great customer service and the food is amazing because it always arrives hot and fresh and don’t get me started on the sauce, it is to die for. You could literally drink it straight. COME HERE IF YOU ARE A FRIED CHICKEN LOVER.
