The service was excellent. The young man was very pleasant and welcoming. The food was fresh. However, so many people hyped up this restaurant so I went in with high expectations. The food was decent. There’s not much flavor to the chicken unless you use the sauce. I don’t know if I would go back. Wasn’t what I expected.

I’m highly upset at this location. I placed a mobile order tonight, Monday, March 02, 2026 at 10:09pm. App said it should be ready at 10:14pm. 10:15 I walked towards the door only to find out it’s locked. No problem. I go to the drive thru.. I sat there for like 10 minutes; watched cars pull around to the window or simply drive off in frustration. Finally it was my turn. I sat for about 7 minutes and NO ONE EVER CAME TO SPEAKER AND SAID ANYTHING!!!! How rude!! So at 10:32 pm I called. Surprisingly someone answered. I asked were they closed, the young lady said yes(they literally close at 12am). I explained that I had a mobile order, and from a previous experience from the same location I was told I couldn’t cancel it through the app (Even after the manger looked to see)So the manager ended up canceling my order in the store. She told me to pull around and they’ll cancel it at the window. I pull around and there are a group of girls that looked at me, and started shrugging their shoulders and laughed at me!!!! Finally a young lady came to the window and I explained to her how I had just called and re-explained everything. She told me hold on and closes the window. Literally 2 minutes later I hear screaming in the restaurant.. minutes later there’s a man running to their parking lot and 1 minute after that, cops from Byram and the Sheriff’s department come zooming in their parking lot!! So I’m at the window still, there is NO ONE in sight now, and I STILL hadn’t heard a response. I wait for about 3-5 more minutes and more cops zoomed in. So I left. No refund. No food. Doors closed 2 hours early. I will be calling in the morning.

It’s Cane’s. It is unseasoned chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw, and toast. The star is the sauce. You go here because of the consistency. There is nothing earth shattering about any of it. Adults tolerate it, kids love it, so everyone is happy. Enjoy it for what it is and you won’t be disappointed. This location is pretty much the same as others I have gone to around the south.

Absolutely terrible service at this location. Wait in the drive through line for 15 minutes finally get to window and they rudely tell me sir you have to come inside for your mobile order. I then go in to get it and they ask for the name I give it to them and they walk over to the curbside counter, look at the receipt and just walks away. Doesn’t say a word. I ask is this mine? Nothing just ignores me. I ask again is this mine and I get a head nod. Finally got my food and left. Got home to find out I’m missing a kids meal and 2 toast. I call to let them know and try to figure out a solution and they just hang up on me. Needless to say I will never ever return to this poorly ran location. Hopefully I can get in touch with a manager tomorrow
