The 2 stars are for the quantity of food they give for the price. Crazy how 5 years ago you paid less and got more food. Now paying lot more and getting 10 fries in your box. The service was good. But when you open the box and it just looks sad and like something you would see in a kids meal it’s not okay. Not worth the money.

Well the service for drive through was great. That’s first time I actually ever ate there, my daughter took me by there. The food was tasty don’t get me wrong, oh and the bread they have wow! Think that was my favorite! But I got a 3 piece chicken tender and they were so dang small it was pituful! Especially for the price I paid for it!

I’m Raj Tumma , Ordered Caniac Combo with Additional 4 toasts , paid extra for toasts. It’s a pick up order so I didn’t open and checked up the box , I believed them.When I Went and checked at home they put 4 chicken fingers instead 6. I called them they didn’t answer my call and no option for voice message. Believe is no more option. Check the box before you leave. I don’t know this kind of business to get profits .

The chicken was not right, their is something different. It’s like it has extra fingers in it and it’s not actual chicken breast. Plus the fries are smaller, not the portion but the fries. They aren’t crispy like normal. Normally I love this food but I’ll not go back with food like this.

My wife spends over a thousand dollars here every year at this location. At least twice a week she orders 20 plus chicken tenders from this location only. Last week one of their employees took my wifes debit card at the drive thru window and took a picture of it. The employee then used it to pay her car note at double ds used cars in Pucket Mississippi to the tone of $200. Rasin canes has not even reached out to appologize. I expected more from a privately owned company that took years to build and grow. Its not about the money, I want an apology to a loyal customer who helps support them.

Stopped here to eat after my son’s band competition and at first the line was out to the street and we didn’t think it would be worth stopping but that line moved so quickly! They were polite and friendly and our order was 100% correct. Will definitely be back!!

I usually get the caniac combo with toast an extra toast and fries but today I wasn’t feeling all the bread and stuff so just substituted everything with honey mustard instead. Staff is friendly. It’s super busy between 11:30-2:00. Don’t come at me but I’m not a fan of the canes Sauce, it’s not nasty or anything, I’ve tried it multiple times, it just isn’t something I like. Sweet tea is always amazing

This was my first visit but it will not be my last. The food was hot and delicious. The sauce was well balanced and complimented the tenders well. The french fries were hot and crispy. So the three stars are for the food. Unfortunately I had to only give three because of the customer service staff. As a whole they were the most unprofessional and immature staff. Playing around and being loud with one another in front of guest. Running in and out of the restroom and not washing hands. None of them wore gloves and I am so thankful they did not touch or prepare my food. Management if any were completely clueless or just that busy to the point it was faster letting them show no class. I will drive to every other location to eat this tasty combo. This location I will pass with ease.

Never even began preparing my order and did not disclose that when I called to clarify causing me to wait an extra 20 before learning the driver was never summoned because they never began. Cane’s is generally solid, this is an exception in the worst way.
