This is $10 worth of food? Incredibly disappointed by 3 tiny chicken strips and a small portion of previously frozen fries. Sure it tastes fine, but there’s absolutely nothing special about it. For the price you could go to half a dozen different places in this area and get better food, larger portions, at the same or a reasonable price. Heck, go to Publix and get their chicken fingers with two side and a choice of multiple dipping sauces. Publix is at least twice the size of these little tenders with more flavor. Any chicken chain KFC, Popeye’s, Bojangles is better than this and has better fries too. If your chicken requires a dipping sauce, something’s wrong with your chicken.

The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. It took maybe 5 minutes to receive our food after ordering. The chicken and fries were hot and fresh. The fries may be crinkle cut but they’re thinner so they are crispy and not limp. And they were seasoned well. I love the canes sauce. There was plenty of seating inside but we took our order outside on the patio since it was a nice day. Patio was also clean.

The ABSOLUTELY BEST chicken fingers that I’ve EVER had!
10 out of 10, HOT & FRESH and they’re fries are pretty darn tasty as well. 2 for sure.

Crazy amount of people with a packed lobby and the drive through line out into the road, but very expected. Service was fast, friendly and professional. Everyone seemed happy especially with the opening crowds. I do feel seasoning was lacking on the fries and chicken but luckily the Caine sauce helped. The chicken was very tender and juicy. We might come back again after the rush lessens up some.

Beautiful new building! ❤️ Line moved quickly for how long it was when I went through. The chicken has a batter that tastes like homemade flour dipped, super good crunchy breading! Only my 2nd time trying it. The bread was good and had sesame seeds on the edges of it. Fries were good, soft, and fresh crinkle cut. Definitely ask for an extra sauce if you like a lot w your food. Cole Slaw is pretty thick cut, but soo good! Presentation of the food and the containers was excellent! Would definitely recommend going here for chicken that tastes homemade. Kind of confusing where the window is to pick up your food is cause there are windows all down the building, but it is the last window. The way they greet you on the loud speaker to order is cute and kind of reminds me of a looney tune character. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Traveling Tom’s Coffee was delicious—and free, which made it even better. It was pretty quiet until around 8ish, when things started picking up. The employees were out front dancing and having a lot of fun, while people stopped to watch and take pictures. It was a pretty fun scene overall. The chicken was good but I feel like it didn’t have a unique flavor of any kind just chicken tenders but they were extremely tender. if you didn’t know that’s pretty much all they sell here.
Sorry about the shaky video; it was about 20° outside and a little windy. This was the grand opening, and I’ll be trying out the food over the next few months. I’ll keep updating my review as I go.

“Raising Cane’s never disappoints! The chicken fingers are always hot, crispy, and full of flavor, and the Cane’s sauce is unbeatable—it honestly makes the meal. The Texas toast and coleslaw are the perfect sides, and everything tastes fresh every time I visit. The restaurant is clean, the service is quick, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving quality chicken!”

★★★☆☆ (3/5) – Good Chicken, Great Service, Tough Location
Raising Cane’s in Hixson serves solid chicken fingers—lightly breaded, clean, and tender with a good bite. The chicken finger sandwich stood out, especially with the brioche bun and sesame seeds, which I liked. However, the crinkle-cut fries were mediocre—not bad, just nothing special.
Where Cane’s shines is service—easily five stars. Everyone was friendly and helpful, making the experience pleasant. Compared to Chick-fil-A, the service isn’t as polished, but the chicken itself holds up well.
The biggest downside? The location. If you’re not familiar with the area, trying to turn left across the six-lane highway is risky. The best way to get here is by taking the nearest red light and using the back road—a much safer route.
Overall, good food, great service, but a challenging location and average sides.
One love, but one choice.
