Every time I come to this raising canes they give me about 3 fries total. Most of the time I ask for extra fries and it’s still 3 fries. $14 for 3 tenders and 3 fries, $18 for 4 tenders and 3 fries. It’s incredible how lazy the staff is, they’ll give you less fries so they can make less.

The menu is simple chicken tenders. They are really good. The sauce is average, and no matter how many tenders you get , you’ll received only one small cup of it. You hace to pay for additional one. Fries had a lot of salt. In fact you’ll get a good quality/ price food. Many floors to sit.

Called the 212 broadway Nashville location specifically for the A Christmas Story plush puppies for my son as a Christmas stocking and the man who answered told me all three plushies were available. So my family decided to come eat here for dinner and took us a few minutes drive to get here, paid for parking, and when we get here the lady that took our order said they sold out. :/ We ordered our food, ate and I asked my husband to see if they would sell us the display dog that was on the counter and he spoke to a male employee and he said they had all three dogs So idk if the female employee just didn’t want to sell them to us and was trying to hold them because she kept telling me they SELL OUT FAST. So the guy my husband talked to is an honest employee Oh and it was my first time eating raising canes and the food was delicious, fresh and atmosphere was upbeat and fun.

Best fried chicken fingers -always hot &fresh, love Cane’s sauce and staff, but, why does the store wreak when you walk in? It’s like being spritzed with eau de dirty mop water when you enter. The odor almost makes you lose your appetite.

Definitely recommend ordering ahead online. Walked right in and skipped the giant line. The food tasted so good especially after a night on Broadway.

I was there last week Friday night, food was great and came out speedy. The reason I am writing this review is because of Miss Shay, she was extremely attentive upstairs in the dining area and the restroom area. There was a bathroom out of order and the second one was being used by groups of people going in and out. I understand people were drunk, but they were absolutely foul in that bathroom and urinated all over the toilet seat area. I was talking to Miss Shay and asked if I could get some paper towels for the bathroom to clean off the pee before using the bathroom and she jumped right in and cleaned it with no complaints. She was really sweet and fun for the atmosphere. It’s honestly sad that she had to borderline puppy guard the bathroom so she could be ready to clean up other people’s messes. But she was fantastic and I told her I’d write a review so I hope she sees this! If she’s not getting paid at least $17 an hour, I hope she gets a raise for what she has to deal with. Thank you Miss Shay!

Super fun, huge raising cane’s with extra seating upstairs. It was the best food to soak up the alcohol after a night on Broadway. Fast and great service but very busy everytime we went. They have merch, too!
