Honest review…. DIRTY bathrooms, trash on the floors in the drink/eating area, tables and chairs not wiped and relatively slow service. The chicken is great, the fries are unimpressive, and the dine in conditions are sub-par. Step up!

Coming back from Lebanon, we decided to stop and try Raising Cane’s on 2420 Medical Cener Pkwy, Murfreesboro, for our first time. Wow, our lady Risha taking our order was great. She was so nice and helpful explaining everything to us. Should be in Management, great employee.
We both ordered the box, which came with 4 chicken strips, coleslaw slaw, thin curly fries, a slice of toast, and a drink. It was packed, and the employees were doing a great job taking care of everyone. The only thing they could improve on was calling your name through an overhead speaker would have been easier to hear. By the way, the sauce is spectacular! Definitely will be back……

Cane’s has great food! I have always had consistency in their food quality, across the country and this location did not disappoint. We ate in the dining room and unfortunately it was very dirty. I completely understand this can be slipped in the hurry of rush, but it looked like it had convinced throughout the day, making for a not clean feeling atmosphere. Other than that, it would get 5 stars!

Dear Raising Canes Murfreesboro Tn you have totally let me down! I stopped in on a Saturday morning around 11:15…shortly after you opened. I had to visit the restroom prior to ordering my food. The shape of your restroom almost made me change my mind on ordering food from there!
It was too early in the morning for it to have been from other patrons…it was left from the night before. Floors were dirty with pieces of tissue scattered about. It just looked and felt dirty! You’re a new store and you can do better! I love Canes and will continue to stop and eat on my travels…just maybe not at this one!

Wasn’t super busy inside. Only 3 tables were occupied, but the drive thru was slammed.

I tried Raising Cane’s for the first time after being urged by a friend. The Cane’s sauce was the real stand out for sure. The chicken and fries were good, but basic, but were elevated with the peppery sauce. I think the fires could definitely be more seasoned/salted, but they were cooked well. Additionally, the bread that was provided was delicious. Overall, a 4/5 for me!

Ordered using drive up today. This was my first time ordering. Im impressed with the food. I ordered early, before 10:30 am. The fries were nice and hot. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, not over-salted. My only complaint is the container wouldn’t close properly.

It was cramed for, people everywhere!! It was extremely LOUD!! I was totally close to a panic attack. At one point it slowed down a little bit. I’m sure they like the business…
My friend was very disappointed they had no desserts to choose from.
Another off color thing was the restroom was for male and female. It might be this generation, but if everyone else jumps off the bridge are you going to too?????

I went to Raising Cane’s today, and the customer service was terrible. No one said “thank you” or “welcome,” and the staff just weren’t friendly or warm at all. My food was super dry, and even though I asked (and paid) for extra sauce, they didn’t give it to me. I had to drive back around, and when I told them, they just stared at me like it was my problem. It shouldn’t be that hard to fix a simple mistake, especially when I paid for it. Honestly, I’d rather go to Slim Chickens or Chick-fil-A—at least they know how to treat customers right. The customer service here is trash. I won’t be coming back.

Went to the grand opening today ! I arrived there at about 3:30 PM and was surprised that it wasn’t that packed considering it’s the first day. Our food was IMMEDIATELY served which again, surprising and also great!!!! The tenders were really good and the bread is soo soft and buttery!! Overall, service has exceeded expectations! (Forgot to add the staff also gave me an extra cup of Caine sauce on accident so yay!)
