I’m from the west coast and we don’t have Raising Canes, the chicken was easily the best fast food chicken I’ve eaten. Service was fast and the food was hot. Love it. Glad I don’t have this locally because I’d live here.

I had high expectations of going to eat at this place, my kids wanted to try it because it is a viral place on social media, we drove from Pensacola Florida to Mobile, Alabama. What I loved was the bread it was so soft and delicious and their coleslaw, the chicken was not as amazing as advertised on social media but it was good. The price and the portions were good. Loved the dressing. I hope they put more effort into cleaning their restrooms.

Shout out to the Cane’s crew and manager who kept my card safely until I was able to pick it back up 2 days later. Honesty at its best here! I appreciate everyone for their service and honesty. We eat here all the time and this is just one more reason to continue going to this location! Thanks, again! You all are the best!

Best chicken fingers I’ve ever bought. Love the breading and crustiness of the chicken. Tastes like homemade. Hope to see more resturants in Alabama soon!

Normally, I’m a big Caniac, this place just left me feeling a bit less than satisfied. Although the staff at the counter was great, the order took a bit longer than normal to get out and the dinning area was a disaster. I ordered to eat in, it was given to go, the chicken wasn’t hot and very small strips. Fries were crunchy and less than a handful. I’ve never seen a TX toast that small either. Is it just me, or did they also reduce the cup sizes for both drinks and the cane sauce??? I had enough sauce for 2 tenders, and that was stretching it. One Love, failed me.

I have went multiple times with friends and family and every single time I go my experience is always good. The staff is nice. The food gets out pretty quick. The food is always good. Never have an issue with an order. Sometimes the store gets super busy especially closer to night time so you might not find a seat. Worth the drive from Pensacola

Whenever we visit Mobile, Raising Cane’s is a must-stop for my son — he’s a dedicated Caniac combo guy, and this location always delivers. The chicken is hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy, the Texas toast is so good, and the Cane’s sauce is unmatched.
Even when it’s busy, the staff is friendly and the service is fast. Consistently a great experience and one of our favorite quick stops in Mobile.

Huge shoutout to the manager for going above and beyond with my order. I had a time change/discrepancy on my end, and instead of it being an issue, he jumped right in and made it happen. He got to work immediately on a large order of 30 chicken sandwiches and 3 full pans of fries and still had everything ready earlier than expected.
The level of professionalism, urgency, and customer service was outstanding. Situations like that can easily go sideways, but he handled it smoothly and without hesitation. Truly appreciate the effort—this is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

Just deleted my 5 star review of this place regarding the lemonade. I loss my appetite. Food lacked the quality it normally had due to the rude light skin black guy with the locks. MALE Maniac? This dude approached my luxury veichle at the drive through as if he was a mad man. He asked the strangest things. He said, “Girl you not at work?” I mean it’s 2:45 PM on a Friday and I am a female. Could be taking a break my guy, off early, housewife. Then he goes, “Your sweater, I like it. Where did you get it from? Where, Where?” Don’t know what he was investigating but, a manager needs to investigate him for harassing me & potentially other female customers. Nowadays different identifying men some–tend to hold grudges against females. He, they, him, she there may have been a pronoun. Anyway, I can’t have this food now. Not today.
