I would agree they are definitely upper level in the tender game. Chicken is juicy with a thin crunchy batter. Not overly seasoned but the sauce adds what the chicken is missing. The thinner crinkle cut fries are a nice touch too. The toast was super soft and not greasy. The drive thru was crazy but inside we were served fast and hot food. I still think Huey Magoo’s holds the top spot because of their sauces and watermelon sweet tea but the chicken is very close.

This place is horrible the chicken is soggy to the point it is not edible! Posting pictures of the chicken, it is not missing breading the breading is white soggy nasty looking, an taste like it looks. 17$ for a 6 piece combo. Only thing ok was the slaw, an drink. Also didn’t throw any ketchup in the bags after asking if we wanted any. We got it from the drive threw as we wanted it as fresh as possible.

Talk about an utter letdown! I was so hopeful for so many reasons and I was disappointed for almost as many!

Pretty good! I really like the crinkle fries, as well as the sauce. If you’re looking to compare it to Chick-fil-A, it’s going to be different. The staple sauces have different flavor profiles and are good in respect to both of those. I love waffle fries, but I also really enjoy crinkle fries. So again, they are both good but are also different (comes down to preference). When it comes to the chicken, Canes chicken does not have the flavor profile that Chick-fil-A has, but it’s still a good quality chicken if that makes sense. Overall, I’d say the staff is doing a good job, we dined in and were checked on often, received our food pretty quick for how packed it was, and enjoyed our time. It’s not for everyone, but it’s definitely worth trying once. (ORDERING TIP: If you dislike Coleslaw, sub it out for extra fries :] )

Had my first meal at this Caine’s and, as always, the food is good and the chicken is very tasty. The best part of the meal, though, is the Texas Toast. It is delicious and warrants purchasing an additional portion! And, for a special treat, take 2 chicken tenders and make a sandwich with 2 slices of Texas Toast and add the ingredients that come with your box meal: fries, coleslaw, sauce, etc. The restaurant just opened a few days ago, and it was packed and there were cops directing traffic. The drive thru experience was pleasant and the staff were all friendly and efficient. However, a couple of minor things were that there were no utensils in the bag (the tenders are delicious but greasy), and although I was asked about catsup (I said yes), there was no catsup in the bag. Finally, the sodas that came with the meal were so loaded with ice that in rendered our sodas (sprite and coke) tasteless because they were so watered down, even though we took sips immediately. In fact, upon finishing my soda completely, ice still filled 60% of the cup. That was a disappointment. But otherwise, this is a new, excellent option for fast food, and a cut above most.

I was very impressed by the cohesiveness of the staff. Everyone had a smile and were communicating effectively even in the chaos of Friday’s dinner rush. I had a mobile order that came out fresh and hot at the expected time. Again, very impressed by how everything ran smoothly during their opening week.

Way over hyped. Everybody was there like it is some sort of godsend experience but you literally get 4 little chicken tenders and dollar store fries and bread for $12.50. And like three bites of coleslaw that is pre-made. Everything about this place is below average.
