Had a simple meals that just hits right at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers today. Went for the tenders combo with fries, a soda, their soft buttery bread (my absolute favorite), and the cole slaw on the side, that it is a must for me, such a must lineup. Everything tasted fresh, hot, and consistent as always. The service is always upbeat and welcoming. It’s not the closest location to me, but the good vibes and reliable food make the extra drive an easy choice. The ambiance is also pretty chill. You do have to be very cautious that a line of car dosen’t get you of you are really hungry because it can get pretty packed.

Three finger combo. Quick service on an Sunday afternoon. Chicken warm and juicy. Sauce quite salty, but ok with chicken and fries as they are not heavily seasonen. Lemonade is nice, rather sweet.

Good fast food chicken Fingers. The chicken fingers were hot and crunchy and had a really great taste. However, the French fries were nothing special. Atmosphere was typical of a fast food restaurant, and service was passable. Maybe a bit expensive, especially if you don’t want a full meal, with the Kid’s meal being the only economical option. Not somewhere I would go on a regular basis.

I’ve been here a few times. Once, someone else grabbed my order off the counter after they called my name, and by the time I got there, it was gone. They eventually tracked down the couple eating it, but I still had to wait for a new order to be made. Orders really should be handed directly to customers instead of just left out for anyone to take. On my last visit, the ice machine was out, the ketchup dispenser was broken, and the napkin holder was empty. What a disaster. Too bad there are only two locations in the area, because the food doesn’t disappoint—but the experience sure does. The entrance to the drive through is the one same lane to enter the parking lot -so you have to get in the same line to be able to park. That is “if” there are spots available.

I have been to other cane’s locations and so far, they’ve been great. This is the first time going to the one in doral. The sauce was overly peppery, and the chicken wasn’t as crisp. It like flavor which is to my surprise. Because usually I have no complaints about this restaurant chain. It was just lack of consistency.
This will not deter me from going back to other locations.Which are closer to my house I just happen to be in that area

The place was busy during the hours I went, BUT the service was so fast. The food was super fresh. No complaints. I ordered at the counter and took it to go. I was in the restaurant less than 10 minutes.

Raising Cane’s is absolutely delicious! The chicken is juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and full of unique flavor. The tea is super tasty and refreshing the perfect match for the meal. Definitely a place worth coming back to every time

This was my first time trying Raising Cane’s, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The menu is super simple—chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, toast, and their signature sauce—but that’s kind of the charm. It didn’t blow me away, but it delivered on what it promises.
The food was fresh, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. If you’re in the mood for something quick, consistent, and no-fuss, Cane’s hits the spot. Just don’t go expecting a wide variety—what they do, they do well.

I visited Raising Cane’s after a night at City Place. Not sure if the speaker wasn’t working or if it was due to the 11pm shift change, but I ended up waiting at the drive-thru until a worker came out from inside to take my order manually. The food was made fresh and hot, and the sweet tea was perfect, no complaints there. The only letdown was the chicken. What I got was not a chicken finger, it was more like chicken tails, mostly fried breading, very crunchy with very little meat (see photos). That was disappointing – do better! Still, the overall experience was good.

I visited two times Cane’s and I have to say that I am not a fan, especially after this last visit. I was there today 04/05 in the store and the first time like 2 weeks ago. The place and the concept are pretty good, but the food was not consistent. The first time, I didn’t have any complaints. The chicken tenders had a good size and flavor, the bread and French fries was tasty and the sauce excellent, but today was really disappointing.
In this last visit, I received the chicken tenders more small that i ever see in my life. The portion of French fries was ok, but I was there for the chicken not for the other stuffs. I don’t know if I have the bad luck to have received the smallest chicken tenders in the whole store, but it wasn’t the same product that I received the last time. I didn’t talk with the Manager, because the store was very crowded, noisy and I didn’t have the energy to discuss. My experience was less of average.
Update: The Customer Service offers me a coupon, but they can only send it physically by postal mail. I didn’t accept because I preferred to receive it by email, and they don’t have that option.
