We had an amazing experience at Raising Cane’s in Waterford lakes! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The cashier greeted us with a big smile and was very attentive, making us feel welcome right away.
When our food was ready, Abby and Angel personally brought it out to us. They were so friendly, pleasant, and genuinely happy to help — it really made the experience extra special.
The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! Overall, this was one of the best Raising Cane’s locations I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came down from Buffalo for a few days. Had to try it. Well worth it. The fingers are juicy delicious. Love the breading coating. The sauce is the star of the show. Quick friendly service. Especially for just opening up.

Walking in the staff was incredibly welcoming and greeted me in! Megan was super polite and was helping me with the menu , the cashier named Tuesday was so sweet helped me with my food accommodations, as I dinned in she even came up to me later to make sure I was enjoying the food! Keisha as well was checking on me too and she is truly the life of the party here. Great staff, great vibes & the food was seasoned, fresh and delicious. I’m happy I decided to give Raising Canes another chance as the location I tried before wasn’t as tasteful or appealing as Waterford Lakes!!

This new Raising Cane’s in Alafaya is a great addition to the area. The location is perfect and honestly balances out the Chick-fil-A next door really well. I’ll say it — the chicken tenders are better here and the portions are huge.
The menu is super simple, which might not impress everyone, but that’s kind of the point. They do a few things and they do them really well. Everything came out hot and fresh, the sauce is obviously a must, and the Texas toast never disappoints.
The staff were well trained, respectful, and handled the opening rush better than most places would. The restaurant was clean and ran smoothly. I also like that they offer tailgate pans for big group orders online — perfect for parties or game days.
Get the Box and thank me later. I can’t wait to go again.

We usually come here every Friday my son and I make it a routine. He really loves the chicken here because the flavor is usually great. The first four times we came, everything was excellent: the food was hot and fresh, the service was great, and the energy from the staff was amazing. All the kids working here do a great job, and that’s why I previously left a five-star review.
Unfortunately, today was disappointing. I ordered the chicken fingers, and they were very small and cold. The bread was also cold. It just wasn’t the experience we’re used to.
I really hope this was just an off day. This place has a lot of potential, and I hope you keep the same energy, food quality, and service from day one. Don’t drop the ball—continue the great work that made us regular customers.

Best Chicken restaurant in Waterford lakes, staff is extremely friendly and parking and the drive through is really big. The food is next level and the sauce is simply the best chicken sauce I have ever tasted. Elly is the best, amazing customer service!!!

So it was my first time trying raising canes and I found a hair in my plate (to me it looks like a pubic hair, but I dont know you can judge for yourself). Honestly, I wasn’t a fan of the food anyways so I wasn’t planning on returning there, but the mystery hair solidified it.
Food wise, I wasn’t a fan because the meat is on the more moist side, which I’m not a fan of, I prefer them a bit dryer and crispy. The bread and fries were fine. There’s also barely any sauce options which was interesting. No bbq sauce, which I think is usually a pretty basic option in most places.
The girl in the drive through was nice though.

Cane’s is the best fast food restaurant there is and I came in with my son omar and they treated us like if we were super stars . nick and Ab they are truly amazing true professionals and rubi ,Keisha, magne ,Gabriella, Yolanda, sharing, there the best they give this restaurant life amazing customer service the restaurant was spotless the bathrooms the tables in and out side I recommend this place to everyone. Went to this restaurant and ordered a 4 piece box combo and received 1 fully Intact tender and 1 1/2 tender that was definitely bitten into and a total of 4 fries this is absolutely unbelievable!! Never go to this restaurant it was such a waist of money resources and a terrible staff. Even worse is I was the only person in the drive through line and still got someone’s unfinished lunch.
