Im from Las Vegas so I love me some Cane’s. Rock Hill did not disappoint!!! Jaylen was fantastic!! We came in and ordered the Tailgate (25 fingers) for a party of 9. We got fries, drinks and bread and they were so quick. They came and checked on us, made sure everyone in my party was taken care of. So happy the Raising Canes has finally made its way closer to Charlotte!!!!!!

My husband and I went recently and while the line was incredibly long, as expected since it just opened, that didn’t stop us for waiting the hour it took to go all the way through. The food was great and the employees were kind!! I was expecting something to be wrong with the order, something missing just because they were so so so busy, but everything was on point— other restaurants around here should take some notes on them! I got the 3 finger combo and my husband got the Caniac combo. The chicken was great, fries great, toast great and the slaw was great! We both got lemonades and they were great as well! Glad to see Raising Cane’s in Rock Hill!!

I’ll be honest, I was expecting alot worse. But it’s one of the best fast food restaurants I’ve been to! For a car line that wrapped around the building, it was surprisingly quick. It only took about thirty minutes to get the food, which is very good considering the line length. The food was hot and fresh, not to mention it tasted amazing. The workers were friendly not only to the customers but to their coworkers as well! I love to see restaurants like this, keep up the good work!

Grand opening today and I must say, that going inside was very nice. The line moved quickly and our food arrived in a timely manner. My kids love this fast food chain and so I know we will be back. The staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean and tidy even though it was crowded, there was no mess on the tables or spilled drinks.

Keisha is amazing! Her energy made the place feel more alive and fun even though it was packed! Service was great. The staff all did an amazing job! I did an online order and parked near Panera and walked up. Food came out quick. Kids loved it.

Okayy let me first shoutout KEISHA!! I was at Cane’s on their second day open… so it was busy! But Keisha was saying bye to people at the door, dancing, and I noticed her amazing energy. I asked if I could check my order before I left and she gave me a spot to set my food down and check. I paid for two extra canes sauces that were missing, but she without hesitation, asked for two canes sauces on the fly. Within seconds, somebody brought her them. With probably over 100 people ordering food, I was able to order and get my food within 10 minutes. The security guard outside the drive-through told me to have a nice day as I was walking back to my car. Another female worker held the door open for me as I exited. The people serving the food were very loud and clear, “fresh hot chicken for ____!” and had smiles on their faces. Even though it was so crowded, you couldn’t help but smile!

Not good. Its bland like people said and I imagined. They do this so the sauce stands out more, but the sauce isn’t even nothing special. Average at best. Zaxbys and other chicken spots have better sauce and more options. The fries are mid, there seasonless as well. Then for the sandwich all they do is take 2 bland fingers and put it in between to buns with lettuce. Won’t be back. I mean try it if youd like but its nothing to rave about what so ever.
