Ordered Cane’s through Door Dash and they sent ALL the wrong things. The food was wrong we were missing 1 chicken finger per plate and both were supposed to have extra fries NO COLESLAW! The drinks that were made were even WRONG! And when I called the store and spoke to the manager Sam he acted like they weren’t the ones that packed the food and he wasn’t trying to fix it and give me what I paid for. I’m furious with how

The chicken fingers were probably the most tender and juiciest tenders I’ve ever had from a fast food place. They were piping hot and delicious. The fries were good, might want to throw another sprinkle of salt on though. The coleslaw was meh, but I’m really picky about my cole slaw. It’s pretty sweet and creamy. The toast was good too. The tea was excellent. I usually have to cut it with unsweet, but theirs was on the money. Is there a spicy version of Cane’s sauce??

There was a noticeable change in the food quality since our previous visit. My daughter loves this place. I hope this was a one time experience but the chicken wasn’t as crispy it wasn’t every bite but the ones that were off was way off

This was my first time at Raising Canes. Great food for a great price. The tenders were juicy and crispy, and the fries were hot and fresh, cooked to perfection. The service was fast and efficient. The atmosphere is cozy as well.

Food and service as always was quick but its always so dang LOUD! They would get 4 stars but you can’t hear or talk bc its so loud. There was no real wait, however, I do want to mention I went up to the counter to get more lemonade and I was ignored a little bit, not even “be right with you” and the manger who was tending to the register didnt even look up to see what was going on, she just finished on the register and went to the back. But the tenders were great and hot, so were the fries. Would go back, but for take out only bc of the loudness.

First time here. Cole at the drive through had a great attitude. Kinda reminds me of the great John Candy. Loved the vibe, just not the same at other fast food restaurants. Felt friendly. Keep up the good work y’all! Will be back.

This had to be one of the most filthiest restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life! I have no idea how the heck there rating is at a 4.4. So the customer service was lukewarm just like the food. Ketchup dispenser didn’t work. Had to ask them to come wipe down the tables cause all of them were dirty. Chicken tenders breading falling off don’t think they were cooked long enough. The soap dispenser in the bathroom laying on top of the counter can’t even wash your hands. The floors were so dirty you can glide on them like you’re skating on ice. If I could give zero stars I would. Never ever ever again will I give this place my money! BEWARE!!!

I had a mostly not-so-good day dealing with issues today. The last thing I figured could go wrong was a quick drive thru order. I ordered a Caniac combo and when I got home, saw that there was only 4 chicken fingers instead of 6. Due to my long day, I wanted to get really mad but I kept my composure. I called the store and spoke with Alissa to explain the situation. She provided a resolution right away. I took my order back to the store to get the correct order as Alissa said I could. I spoke with a young team member at the counter and explained the situation again. I presented him with my receipt which had Alissa’s name on it. He let me know he needed to verify with Alissa and went to do so. When he came back, he apologized for the incorrect order and even said “When we make a mistake, we really want to make sure we have a chance to fix it for our customers”. This was such a mature outlook from this young man. Not only did it remind me of what good customer service is but also what it means to be a decent customer- nothing is ever worth a bad attitude!! God bless this young man, Alissa, and this Rasing Cane’s.

Take your $20 “extra charges” and shove them where the sun don’t shine. Was going to place an order for delivery where I can’t drive. I always tip the driver well, but $34 for a $14 order is asinine. Good luck with that!!
I’m going to take my $30 and spend it elsewhere and get what I actually paid for.
AND PLEASE, DO NOT SUGGEST I REACH OUT TO 833-HICANES BC I WILL TELL THEM HOW YOU SHOVE EVERY COMPLAINT OFF ON THEM!
