Food and decor was amazing but, there was a large spill in front of the register for a while that we were not warned about and the wet floor sign was way too far for us to know. When my mother tried to tell the cashier about it, she said she already knew in a bit of a dismissive tone.

First time at canes, food and drinks were great. I don’t usually post reviews but I really wanted to give a shout out to Thomas and Kyla.
I had accidentally dropped my keys in the trash and although we had asked for gloves to dig around for it, Kyla was so sweet and accommodating to do it herself, even though we did not expect that from her. And when she was able to find the keys, she offered to clean them before handing them to me.
Afterwards Thomas did a thorough job of cleaning my keys and drying them before handing them back.
I appreciate both of their help and it really left an impression on me and my friends that night.

I decided to try this location, since the one that opened near me in Georgia was still slammed packed since it opened. This was my second time in the area to photograph bald eagles, so I gave it a try, and I must say I was not impressed one bit. I ordered the 3 finger combo, price was normal. The first chicken tender, I felt like I was chewing on a raw breaded chicken wing. It felt like fat, or gristle. The second, and third was a lot better, but the breading was light. Did not care for the toast, the fries were ok, but some were hard. The honey mustard sauce I got was very runny, no thickness at all. I don’t think I will be returning to this location or any other. Just not my cup of tea, so I will suggest you all try and hopefully it’s an enjoyable experience.

Went through the drive thru, which had a twin lane system. Service was quick, and you can see into the kitchen through the drive thru. There wasn’t an appropriate place for the food runners as they were forced to jam into one window at the end. The facility looked very nice and clean. The employees were quite peppy and hard working! We got two 3 Finger combos. Which came with fries, drinks, texas toast and of course three chicken tenders. The tenders were nicely fried, chicken was juicy, the seasoning was simple. The Cane’s sauce is a mayo based sauce that has some zest to it. The fries surprised me, as I’m not a fan of crinkle cut style but it had a nice crispness and softer middle. Now the texas toast definitely felt like it was lacking the most as it wasn’t toasted much at all and was quite soft. Was also surprised for the price of the combo that the drink sizes were smaller than I expected. The drinks were mixed well and they met my request of “lite ice”. Thank you for a wonderful experience, and will try again soon.

We’re from western NY, so Cane’s hasnt quiiiiite made it to us, haha. It was in our son’s bucket list for our family vacation, so we stopped on our way through Richmond. It was great! The staff was super nice (seemed like an upbeat place to work). The food was delish and the atmosphere was decorated awesome!

I Always have A Positive Experience Dining here. Food is always Hot & Fresh, Staff is Always Smiling, Friendly & Accommodating. Restaurant is always clean & So are Bathrooms. Staff checks on you while Dining which is always a Plus. I definitely Recommend and will be Returning as a Regular Customer. Keep up the good Work!

I arrived at what I assume to be lunch hours on a Tuesday. Drive thru went quickly and servers were friendly. Parked after getting my order for a quick bathroom trip and it was clean with soap and paper towels in stock. However, toilet paper was low.

The first Raising Cane’s i’ve ever been to and it did not disappoint! The chicken paired with the signature cane’s sauce was fantastic and so delicious. My only complaint would be the mediocrity of the fries, kind of disappointing.
