Raising Cane’s was really good overall. The chicken was hot, crispy, and fresh, and the Cane’s sauce definitely lived up to the hype — super flavorful and addictive. The fries and toast were both solid, especially when you dip them in the sauce.
The only thing I didn’t care for was the coleslaw. It just didn’t have much flavor and kind of felt like a filler side. Other than that, everything else hit the spot. The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept.
Overall, great place for chicken tenders — just not a fan of the slaw.

My oldest daughter loves cane’s, I had never been and wanted to try it. I only waited a few minutes before ordering. It was relatively quick to order. Getting your food the wait for French Fries and 3 chicken strips took about 10 minutes. It was not quick, I did not like their sauce, so my daughter went asked for honey mustard sauce. She had to pay for the sauce it was .88, but we had to wait for it another 7 or 8 minutes. The food was good it was the wait both times. I would go there knowing what I would want. The chicken was good, and the fries were just crinkle cut.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. It doesn’t matter what you order, you’re not getting it. I’ve received the wrong order, not received a whole meal and then apparently a requirement to work there is not to be able to read. I’ve requested no Cole slaw and extra fries and somehow they do the opposite. Quality of food isn’t the same and service is completely terrible

Raising Cane’s is borderline perfect chicken with a nice locally themed atmosphere. The Cane’s sauce is stupid good and really is the icing on the cake. Fries, just right. Garlic bread, a perfect matching side. Check it out. If you’re into chicken, I’m sure you’ll dig it!

While in the hospital at UVA for 5 days my daughter was wishing to have some Raising Cane because, there are none in our local area. She really enjoy her food and said it was delicious. I wasn’t able to get a picture of that because she ate it so fast. Literally! She said the food was HOT!and tasted very fresh. I did have the lemonade which was delicious and I like the fact that it was make with sugar cane. We will definitely visit again when having follow up appointments.

This is the best Cane’s location I’ve ever been to. The restaurant itself is also decorated adorably in UVA style. Amazing sweet tea, too! From what I understand, it can get crowded during the school year, though.
