First time impression was good. The children order chicken combos. The combos came with stripes, crinkle fries, drink and a sauce. They really enjoyed it for their first visit and it had some really fun decor inside. The service was fast and fresh. The staff was polite and patient especially since it was our first visit at Cane’s. The price was great for everything we ordered. We would definitely visit Cane’s again for a quick chicken meal.

First time here. Very impressed with the food. I got the Caniac Combo and it was more than enough for me. The sauce lived up to the hype! The woman taking my order was very patient and friendly. I will definitely be back.

This was my first time trying Raising Cane’s. Yes, it’s the BEST chicken tenders you’ll ever have. The coleslaw and tea were excellent. I could have done without the Texas Toast as it was a huge meal so this felt like overload. Food was 5 stars but the service at this location was horrible. The place gets insanely packed so I realize that they’re probably doing the best they can to keep up but there were 20 plus people in a line that wrapped around the store and only ONE cash register open. Even as the customers continued to pile in, they never opened another register. The tables were all dirty and people in line made us feel trapped in our seats while we were trying to enjoy our meal. Nothing had been restocked so we had to go wait in line to get napkins and other condiments. I did see that you can order online and pick up inside the door. I highly recommend doing this as it seemed so much faster. I’m hoping our experience was a one-time thing – maybe they got hit with a tour bus or multiple large groups and were short-staffed that day.

There is nothing special about this food. The tenders were bland, no flavor, and are not crispy. Fries are just crinkle cut. The canes sauce is literally mayo, ketchup and pepper- the only way my lunch had seasoning and flavor today. The 3 piece tender combo was $10. The iced tea was fresh brewed and the best thing I had from there. I ordered 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweet and it was a great mix. The bread is a thick slice with barely any butter or garlic.
Not sure what the hype is all about for this place. Disappointing to say the least.
The service was fast and I was greeted promptly on arrival. The food was hot. The atmosphere is nice, plenty of seating inside and out.

I generally avoid writing complaints because they are time-consuming; however, it seems that no changes will be made unless concerns are formally raised. This is now the second time my order has been incorrect at this location, on two separate occasions.
On my most recent visit, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Combo Box with a Sprite. When I arrived home, I discovered that I was given water instead of Sprite.
On a prior visit, I requested extra Cane’s sauce and was informed there would be an additional charge, which I paid. When I got home, the extra sauce was missing from my order.
These repeated mistakes show a lack of attention to detail. Customers are paying extra to receive exactly what they order, and it is frustrating when those expectations are not met—especially more than once.
I did not return to the store immediately because I wanted to avoid further hassle, but this issue needs to be taken seriously. I hope management reviews this feedback and addresses the problem, as it has now happened to me twice.
Based on these experiences, I would rate this location a zero in terms of order accuracy.

I just picked up an order from this location, and unfortunately, my chicken was undercooked. Chicken is one meat that absolutely needs to be cooked thoroughly. While I appreciate the quick service, I’d rather not risk food poisoning. I couldn’t even finish my meal once I realized the tender was slightly pink, and I had to spit it out.

Chicken was very good. Better than the other chicken places. Fries and coleslaw and bread all came out very good too. Definitely a top tier experience. Will be back since the chicken was very good. Wasnt a big fan of the sauce but it was alright. Place was clean and packed when i came for dinner but there was still plenty of tables to take.

First time went to Columbia super crowded everything was good. Service was decent . Very clean. Menu is simple chicken, fries, coleslaw. Food was hot and ready really fast. I heard it’s crazy at the drive through at night. Sauce is simple but good. Toast was good but nothing special. Can’t really figure out the vibe I think it was country music. Picture of Elvis.

Food……Chic Fil A, Church’s, even Long John Silver’s better tasting in my book. Nothing special. Atmosphere…..ZERO – too many pretentious people, strange mix of cultures – I think people eat there as some form of social currency – sad, sooooo glad I’m not young anymore. Seating inside very limited or nonexistent at 1:15 PM on a Saturday. Line about 20-25 deep. $11 for three skinny chicken fingers, a handful of smallish crinkle fries, and a medium (not!) drink? Ketchup continually out. I was disappointed – you be the judge yourself!

This was our first stop at Cane’s. We didn’t know much about the restaurant, but we stopped in since we were in the neighborhood. The menu is limited consisting of deep-fried chicken fingers and fries. We both had the 3 finger comb at $9.99 which included a fountain drink. The chicken fingers turned out to be pretty good and the service was fast and friendly.
