We enjoyed the whole experience! The tenders and Cane’s sauce were awesome, the crinkle fries perfectly seasoned, that Texas toast though (oh my word!) and the coleslaw was tasty too. The service was excellent, well staffed and well trained! In fact, everything was so good we ate the tenders before I could get a picture! Proced right too! Highly recommend!

Went to Raising Cane’s for the first time. The place is newly open so the lines were very long. Everyone there was super friendly, and the amount of school teens there made me think this would be a great hangout for them. I got my food which looked very good, but the portions were very small. The amount of fries I got was like the equivalent of a small McDonald’s fries. Everything was very good tasting though. I dont know if the portions warrant 11 dollars for 3 chicken strips and a small amount of fries. Would I go back? Maybe when the hype cools down if Im in the area. I think the prices are high for what you get, but you be the judge.

I don’t usually rate or put reviews on places but yesterday made me want to. The staff was super friendly and they made my food really quick. My brother and I had a great time, they checked in with us, and I think I got complimented at least three times, everyone’s so sweet. The food was good, and it seemed busy but everyone there still worked hard to get everyone what they needed. 10/10

I was among the first 100 people on the grand opening day, enduring the wrath of a 19-degree wind chill. Raising Cane’s did a superb job as far as managing the opening day crowds. First, we were handed lanyards with our placement in the queue. There was a live DJ playing good music. There was a coffee truck serving complimentary gourmet coffees, and they handed out swag like ballpoint pens (very unique), pom-poms, cow bells, koozies, hand sanitizers, sunglasses, and keychains. And for the first 100, you also got a coupon card for a free combo meal and a beanie with a nice embroidery of the Raising Cane’s logo.
It was also very nice that they allowed people to use the restrooms before the restaurant opened, and even opened the door 30 minutes ahead of schedule. It’s much appreciated, especially given the weather being so brutally cold. They also enforced numbered order when the door opened to ensure fairness and orderliness. Very well done!
This was the fourth Raising Cane’s I’ve been to, so I’m familiar with their offerings. It is remarkable how chicken fingers seem to be taking over the fast casual food market: In addition to Chick-fil-A, we now have Dave’s Hot Chicken and Raising Cane’s on Carlisle Pike. Heck, even McDonald’s started to promote its new McCrispy Strips as recently as this past May. Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, with chicken fingers being part of its namesake, is definitely in the sweep spot! While its chicken fingers don’t have as much kick as Dave’s or as crispy as McD’s, they are indeed juicy and offer subtle and complex flavors as you consume them with their thick, custom dips. Another standout is their iced tea being part of their fountain drink offering. It’s so tasty and addicting.
I suspect parking space will be an issue. The back of Denny’s parking lot and part of BJ’s parking lot behind the gas station are doomed to be taken over by the Crave Brigade!

Never review fast food places often, but this needed one. Great service, excellent value. For just chicken fingers, really tasty. The fries are salted just right. Texas toast very good. Only issue, very loud inside. Will be back.

I’d never go back. Very plain, very whack. The Texas toast was the worst part. The chicken was cooked well, but lacked seasoning. The ff are regular. The cane sauce is disgusting and I was pissed that I bought extra. The half and half sweet tea and lemonade was refreshing, probably the best part of the meal. I went through the drive through. The service was fine.

Everything was really salty. Better at the Harrisburg location… My sandwich was overloaded with sauce. It was a mess. Would rather have Dave’s hot chicken and I don’t love them. But Dave’s is better!!!my daughter’s Texas toast was better, best part of the meal.

Wanted to try it. Did. Never again. Toast was more like a golden peice of bread. Cole slaw tasted like eating wet cabbage. Chicken had no flavor and reminded me of rubber. The fries were barely crispy and way OVER salted. Could smell the salt as soon as the box was opened.
The staff person, while very few were in the drive-thru, was too busy taking other orders to even really acknowledge us. Not even a second to tell the person at the speaker to wait a second and at least say hi.
Not a worthwhile experience. Would not recommend.

Chicken and sauce is amazing, the fries could be better, I could do just as good or better fries in my oven, and the coleslaw was meh, but I really only like my grandma’s coleslaw.

Great staff and food. They exceeded our expectations. The chicken is tender and moist with a light breading. The sauce is very good. I enjoyed their cole slaw as well. Their french fries were second only to their chicken. We will be going back!!!
