All new businesses always have flaws. But we did not experience anything like some other reviews other than positive energy from employees and great food!

We decided to go between lunch and dinner because the lines during other times are just ridiculous due to all the hype of this new establishment.

We waited about 10 minutes in line and we were outside the door when we got in line.

The cashier taking our order was enthusiastic and happy to help this new customer. I’ve never had Raising Cane’s before. I was quite surprised by his enthusiasm because I’m sure he was exhausted just looking how busy they were.

Order came out no more than 10 minutes after. Food was amazing! But the next time I would get more sauce.

We were one of the lucky ones to get a seat. Most people were leaving with to go bags because it was so insanely busy.

Definitely will visit again but maybe when the hype is over.

The best tasting juiciest chicken fingers to date. New location recently opened with a nice dining atmosphere, fantastic customer service and a simple to order menu. Waffle cut fries and coleslaw were just okay. The Raising Cane sauce was insanely good. Great flavor. Plenty of parking as well as very quick and professional service.

I recently had the chance to visit the new Raising Cane’s in Fairfield, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way!

First and foremost, the location is very accessible, with plenty of parking space, which is always a plus. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a clean, bright, and welcoming atmosphere that sets the perfect tone for a fast food dining experience. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic, eager to share the Raising Cane’s experience.

Now, onto the main event – the food! Raising Cane’s is known for its simplicity, and they do it exceptionally well. I ordered the classic Chicken Combo, which comes with three crispy tenders, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast, along with their signature Cane’s Sauce. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked – incredibly tender and juicy on the inside, with a satisfyingly crispy exterior that wasn’t overly greasy. The portion size was generous, leaving me more than satisfied.

The crinkle-cut fries were a delightful side, seasoned just right, and the Texas toast was a fantastic addition that contrasted beautifully with the chicken. The Cane’s Sauce? Absolutely addictive – a perfect blend of smoky and tangy flavors that elevated the meal. I could easily see myself ordering an extra cup of sauce for my fries.

I also appreciated the straightforward menu. Sometimes, less is more, and Raising Cane’s nails this concept with their focus on quality over quantity. The prices were reasonable for the portion sizes, making it a great value for the quality of food offered.

The dining area was spacious and well-organized, with plenty of seating for both individuals and families. Even during peak hours, the staff worked diligently to keep everything moving smoothly, ensuring that the dining experience was enjoyable and not rushed.

Overall, my visit to Raising Cane’s in Fairfield was fantastic! Whether you’re a longtime fan or trying it for the first time, I highly recommend checking it out. It’s a wonderful addition to the local food scene, and I look forward to returning for more of those delicious chicken tenders!

Chicken fingers are freak and taste great. The crinkle fries were perfect. Texas toast was excellent. Only complaint is there is only one dipping sauce, honey mustard it think. Service was super fast and I’ve never seen so many people behind the counter.

We attended the grand opening today, although I would have liked to attend it at the very beginning, but unfortunately I had to work.
The line outside to get in was very organized and moved fairly quickly. Once inside we were lucky enough to find a table quickly as well.

Even though it was noisy, and there is music playing, there needs to be a better way to call out orders. To hear someone constantly screaming “LOVE FOR SMITH!” or whomever is not enjoyable to hear. Either switch to a digital board that shows the names or set up multiple speakers throughout the restaurant so you don’t have to yell.

I liked the booths to sit in by the window. Has someone who’s very tall I like to have my legs hang so these were the most comfortable seats.

I got the Caniac Combo with chicken and sauce and while the chicken itself was juicy, I would say it was a bit watery.

The Texas toast was excellent and I would recommend adding a second piece to anyone ordering it.

We did not like the coleslaw however as we found it to have no flavor and the fries were very basic crinkle fries without any flavoring.

The chicken is served very hot, so you may need to wait a minute for to cool down before eating.

There are two individual bathrooms. They are not separated by gender which gives the same wait time for either male or female. I think this is the most efficient way to have bathrooms going forward. Also the bathrooms were very clean. They also have a coat hook on the wall and the toilet paper dispenser was put in the proper place, unlike many other locations that put it way too close to the toilet.

At this point I think we’ve tried every major chicken chain and another couple dozen local ones, so is good to finally try a Raising Cane’s.

The Service wasn’t bad still had to wait about 10 minutes for fries and chicken tenders. I know it’s fresh, but like Chick-fil-A does the same thing. Plus, it looks like a TV dinner with the small amount of fries you get. Filled the cups with 60% ice. For two adult and one kid came out to about $37 that’s with two extra toast. It felt like the moment you were there. It was like pull up and wait there. Really wasn’t much interaction with the workers and the two big bosses were just outside, staring at the other workers stock up a cart. Not bad but probably won’t come back because if you’re just trying to pick something up and go even when it’s not busy, you won’t get that.

I had to give this place a try being every time I passed this place, a line of cars and long waits to get in. I was lucky tonight. I was able to get a parking space and eat inside. They have a very limited menu, only chicken served with curly fries, cole slaw and a piece of texas toast. I ordered the Box. Chicken fingers were very tender, freshly made and their special sauce had a kick to it made it nice as a dipping sauce for the chicken. The fries were actually cold and the cole slaw had a chemical taste. Inside was very noisy and mostly teenagers. I will say place was very clean. It is worth a try and they have servers going around continuosly cleaning.

Canes in NORTH JERSEY?! I’ve been waiting for this for a while. Came 10 days after opening and the drive thru line was absolutely ridiculous. I went inside and from getting in line to sitting down in eating was 25 minutes. Once the food came I did have to wait 10-15 minutes for a table though. Don’t waste your time on the drive thru if you don’t have to. Now to the food and staff. The staff were friendly and ready to help out. The food was really good up to par. However I guess that they ran out of trays because I got it for there but it came in a to go container which ment it wasn’t as crispy but still really good! The lemonade is also the best in the game. Cant wait to come back! So happy to have in North Jersey!
