Raising Cane’s: Super Yummy Chicken!
I found a new restaurant called Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. It just opened in town, and a lot of people were there! My daughter loves chicken, so I had to stop in for lunch.
I went around 2 in the afternoon. Even then, the food was super fresh! I ordered the four-piece chicken meal. The chicken fingers were hot and tasty—the best part of the meal.
They have a special Cane’s Sauce that tastes amazing. It goes perfectly with the chicken and fries.
The restaurant is very new, only about three months old. It was so clean and bright inside. They have a station where you can get your own soda or fresh tea (sweet or plain).
I really, really liked it! If you love chicken fingers and fries, you should go here. I’m taking my daughter back soon because I know she will love it, too!
Grade: A+ (It’s a great place!)

The chicken is actually really good. According to my doctor I should never eat french fries or their garlic bread. But the sweetest tea is Southern good

I don’t get the hype to be honest. 14 dollars for a 4-tender meal. The chicken was fine but surprisingly tasteless, and it’s commodity chicken breast, nothing premium in a fairly tasteless batter, and they weren’t salted out of the fryer. Quite small for the price. And the sauce was pretty bland too. Coleslaw was tasty. Fries were nothing special and were overly salty. I don’t get the bread, it seemed unnecessary. Extremely limited menu. Small, loud interior. Excellent customer service all around, from entry to order to exit. Maybe that’s what people like about this place?

Raising Canes actually slaps. The disco ball atmosphere combined with some new england area art and vibing make it fun to be in. While I prefer the chicken from other places, the toasted bread and amazing sauce make this place worth a go. The bread is in a league of its own. The staff seems friendly and the bird is well cooked and simple. It’s not revolutionary war. But its good.

Congratulations on your opening day!
I stopped by around 5:30 today, and honestly, I was a little hesitant. I thought it might be hectic with it being day one. But wow, was I pleasantly surprised. You all absolutely knocked it out of the park!

We chose to dine in, and somehow it was faster than when we usually go to Seekonk. Our food came out in less than five minutes and it was absolutely perfect. Hot, fresh, and delicious; I couldn’t ask for better.

Even though the tables were packed, someone was constantly cleaning nonstop, and we were able to grab a clean table right away. We had 3 different team members check in to ask how everything was, and every single person was incredibly kind and helpful. One person even helped bring our food over, and another helped us clean up. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated.

To the entire team: you are rockstars. I know today must have been exhausting, but your teamwork, energy, and positivity truly shone through. For what could have been a chaotic first day, it felt smooth, welcoming, and wonderfully organized. You should all be SO proud. Keep up the amazing work! We will definitely be back soon!

PS: Shoutout to the team member that was more than willing to take our photo! Thank you sir!

The food was great, but it was a little bit messy in there dirty tables. Then they give you four gigantic chicken strips with only one tiny cup of dipping sauce. I had to buy more. Also, if you want to have a conversation, definitely not the place, very noisy.

Garlic bread…..where the hell was the garlic. Fries are frozen and not even seasoned. What sauce is this? It’s so bad it’s like canes took a fat dump on the food. Your chicken also frozen with it being soggy. Worse than Dennie’s. Service was quick but I can see why. You have like 7 items on the menu and you can’t even cook it fresh? Real fast and real cheap. Don’t eat here it’s way to over highped .

We stopped at Raising Kanes for the first time very late last night (Sun. 10/26/25) and the service was excellent. The girl was very patient with us as we were studying the drive thru menu. She was very polite and helpful. We absolutely loved our combo chicken fingers box with the Texas toast, Cole slaw and delicious fries! We’ll definitely be repeat customers! Thank you for a great experience!

Nothing special. My son likes the chicken, but he does not use sauce. I am the opposite because chicken is only as good as the sauce that comes with it, and I cannot stand plain tenders, especially these. I also do not do well with breaded fried foods that hold a lot of grease. These reminded me of those fried seafood platters where everything tastes the same. All I tasted was grease.

The fries and coleslaw were okay, nothing great. But the Raising Cane’s sauce was awful. It tasted like mayonnaise and ketchup mixed together, and it made the greasy flavor even worse. I do not mind those two things normally, but this combination was honestly sickening. The fact that they do not offer any other sauce is confusing.

I really do not understand how this place stays in business. The food is overpriced for what you get. My son gives the chicken a 3, but even he will not touch the sauce. For me, it was a complete waste of money.

Great addition to the city for us crispy chicken lovers. My only request: DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR SLICE BREAD! Seriously, you have only 4 offerings on the menu (chicken/coleslaw/fries/slice bread) and your bread sucks. So plain, has no flair to it as all. Make it garlicky or slap some cinnamon butter on it or something. Just please do something! Fries aren’t that great either, I’d prefer curly fries or sweet potato fries which would be different from what’s available out there for fast food.

Great chicken and Coleslaw though!
