Good service and food was fresh. The only other time I had Raising Cane’s was a few years back in Texas, but it was a shared meal with family so I didn’t get to try the sauce and get the full experience. Fast forward to now, after many years of witnessing the packed BU location, I am finally able to have the full experience as this chain expands. I ordered the combo and it was very filling. The sauce lives up to the hype. It has also been attempted at other local places but never replicated successfully, since you usually taste the ketchup and it’s not very pleasant. Maybe controversial, but I think the chicken and french fries are fine on their own if you were to eat them without the sauce. Will come back in the future.

Extremely disappointing. To think you wait absurd wait times and pay $15 for a meal and you get a kiddie size portion in return. Very inconsistent. There’s been times I’ve gotten what I’ve paid for here but this is unacceptable. Do better.

Good fried chicken place. Nice interior and food. The cashier was friendly. Their special dipping sauce is nice, although not for someone with egg allergies. I replaced fries with coleslaw but regretted doing so. Coleslaw is meh and I don’t recommend it. The garlic bread was nice and its alternate option is getting a sandwich. Go for a sandwich, in case you want to add some greens to your meal, but other than that, both options are great. Overall, good experience.

My younger daughter enjoys trying different kinds of food, and we had heard many good things about the food at this store. After her repeated requests, we decided to place an order and went there with our elder daughter as well. Unfortunately, the customer service was not good. As for the food, it was below average. Driving five miles to get there did not feel worth it. Hopefully, they will improve their customer service and make the overly oily chicken better in the future.

I just waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes for 3 chicken fingers and French fries. Got home 5 minutes later and opened up a cold box of food. Why did I wait so long for food that seems like it was sitting on the counter for the entirety of my wait? This is a restaurant that serves chicken fingers and French fries. That’s it. Two items. What took so long? A 45 minute wait in the DRIVE THROUGH is unacceptable. I never write Google reviews but I have to say something. I am beyond disappointed with my experience tonight. Waited 25 min for an order and watched employees jacking around only to find out they messed up my order. Then realized they put my sandwich on Texas toast. I asked for extra Cain sauce and was asked to pay more which thought out of courtesy they would’ve just given it to me. I went to the drive through last night around 10:30pm. There were only one or two cars in the drive through so I figured the wait wouldn’t be too long. I was wrong. The wait was extremely long! I figured well maybe it’s because they are cooking everybody’s order fresh. I was wrong. When I finally got to the window it was at least a full minute before the last even turned to open the window to take my payment. She was too busy talking and gossiping with her coworkers. FINALLY she turned around and took my payment. I saw AT LEAST three bags of food sitting right there at the window and figured one of those bags had to be my order. After taking my payments, the lady proceeded to go back to talking and gossiping with her coworkers for another few minutes. After close to FIVE minutes she proceeds to grab one of the bags that had been sitting there from the very beginning and hand it to me!!! You mean my order was just sitting there the whole time and you couldn’t hand it to me because you were too busy laughing it up with your coworkers?!?!? Absolute disaster!!!! I never leave bad reviews but something definitely needs to be done about this service. There is absolutely no reason I should have been waiting for almost half an hour in the drive through with only a couple of cars in front of me and the lady at the window was giving such bad service. PAY ATTENTION! When the car gets to the window you need to be taking payments immediately. If the food is ready and sitting at the window there’s no reason it should be sitting there GETTING COLD while you just sit there talking to your coworkers!!!

The food is amazing. But what I admired the most was the young man working at the register. When there were no customers to assist, he cleaned the tables, cleared the plates, and kept everything organized. I was very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he deserves recognition for his excellent work.
