I went here with my son for his birthday dinner. The service was fast, and we ate in. The only small hiccup was that my name was spelled wrong, so when my name was called it took me a while to realize they were calling my name, but everything else was fine. The place wasn’t busy when we arrived so we were able to have a conversation and hear each other, but by the time we left it was packed so it did start to get a little overwhelming. The interior is simple and casual, classic fast food vibe, it’s comfortable for a quick, easy meal. I love booths so I was happy they had a variety of options. My son loves their chicken, so this was a must visit for his birthday!

Ordered a kids meal for my son and the Styrofoam container had melted into the food. Pieces of the packaging were stuck to the food, making it unsafe to eat. This is extremely concerning, especially for a child’s meal. I’ve always trusted Raising Cane’s, so this was really disappointing. Management should take this seriously and address the safety issue.

I have been listening so much about this place that I had to try it. First impression is that the place it’s nicely decorated and clean for a fast food place. Service was great and really fast. And the food absolutely delicious. I wish I had a location near home so I could go often. They should not charge if I want a different sauce instead of their signature sauce. Totally recommend!

Chicken fingers were tender, moist, n delicious. Fries were good for being crinkle fries. No tomatoes to go with lettuce on the sandwich, no knives (only forks), no sweet n’ sour sauce. But overall very gd experience. Warmly greeted several times after arriving.

Update: last time when I got my favorite chicken, they did give a good amount of chicken. If the size of the chicken is small, they give 1 or more pieces. As usual, friendly employees. I have changed my ratings. Keep up the good work.
Update: I was at my favorite Raising Cane’s on 02/17 and bought my usual Caniac combo. I was so disappointed that for $20 we get small size 6 piece tenders. Very disappointed.

This is the first time I have ever eaten or picked up food from Cane’s. I ordered 75 piece chicken fingers and 2 trays of crinkle cut fries for my daughter’s sweet 16th birthday party yesterday afternoon. I went in the drive thru line thinking I would pick up the order that way only to be told I would have to come in. I was boxed in the drive thru line and time was running out because people were starting to arrive at my house. I sent my daughter in to get the food I was still stuck in the drive thru went she got back into the car with the food!!! We arrived to set out the food and I was horrified to find the crinkle cut fries were mushy cold and stuck together. The chicken was cold, dried out, tough and flavorless. I ended up having my parents go pick up pizza for everyone despite the fact that I paid 200$ for this low quality chicken that was made without love. I strongly advise against using Cane’s in Methuen for any of your catering needs it was a very disappointing experience for all of us.

This place is OK. It is good for a quick bite. If you are craving chicken fries and buttered bread the sauce is OK. I prefer Chick-fil-A across the street sauces. The fries sometimes come cold or very oily which I did not like but the chicken always comes out all good. The parking is OK considering its at a busy area, but sometimes the lines wrap around the building and they take forever to take your order out, but other than that, it’s pretty good sometimes the people at the window are OK. They’re not at the friendliest.

First time coming in to raising cane’s and I Absolutely love the food and the atmosphere is welcoming and very lively when I came to visit with family. Also the food was nice and hot and the service was fast with no wait time.
