Delicious chicken tenders, the texas toast was amazing and we really liked the sauce. It was our first time having Rasing Cane’s and we loved it. We didn’t eat inside. The drive thru was nice, clean parking lot. Fast service with friendly and professional staff. 10/28/25 We tried it again.. just to make sure it was still good. Even better this time! So yummy! Drive thru was covered and it was raining so I raised the atmosphere score because it was super nice not getting wet while placing our order. Only complaints I have is #1 There isn’t one in my county and #2 They ran out of glow in the dark cups and that was sad. But the food instantly cheered me up so it’s all good .

We don’t live in a town with Raising Cane, so when we visited Columbia Missouri, we want to see what all the fuss was about. Chicken fingers are good, but very basic. I tried the chicken sandwich, but found that it’s a bun with 3 chicken fingers on it! So they just fall out as you eat it (so dumb). If you offer a chicken sandwich, use a whole chicken breast and fry with your coating. However, I found the coating a bit bland. The sauce is something, not to my liking, and probably many others do not like. Asked for mayo for my sandwich and they said “we’re out”. SMH. Fries are just okay, much better at McDonald’s. No ranch. Many people like ranch on fries. Overall, not a great lunch. Will not try again.

Raising Cane’s Chicken Columbia Missouri
The facility is clean and well lit inside and out.
It has really nice outdoor seating area.

There is a drive thru. I ate in

Plenty of parking and handicap parking.

Staff was nice and helpful.

I had the 3 finger chicken meal and it came out exactly as requested. It was hot and looked good too.

The overall experience was excellent.

They were out of salt packets and I casually mentioned to my friends that they were out, again, and I apparently and employee overheard me because he went to the back and got me a big cup full of salt! It was really funny and super duper nice! This is the kind of great service I expect from every location! And of course the food was amazing, I love me some canes!!!!

Good food. Tenders are always fresh. Open late for a good evening rush meal. Always fast. You turn around to fill your drink and they already have your meal ready.

I love Raising Cane’s, but the dining room was kind of full and we had to sit next to a very long line of people who reeked of bad pot and body odor. Some of the students at Mizzou could take a class on hygiene and doing laundry. Really turned me off of my food. I’ll do drive through next time. Thanks for some good chicken!

We always stop here when we go from STL to KC because we love Cane’s! The parking lot is hard to get out of when it is crowded, and it gets full easily. Also people often try to pull into the exit which is only 1 lane, which causes traffic to get congested. This time we had to park at the EatWell next door and walk. The drive through line of cars was overflowing out to the little side road blocking cars from going into the parking lot and the parking lot was full.

We placed our order and the cashier asked for the name. We waited and waited for our name to be called and saw other people who arrived after us get their orders. We went up to the counter and they said they lost our name so they just sat our order on the counter and didn’t say anything about it. Luckily the food stayed warm in the styrofoam container. I got the three finger combo and everything tasted good. The staff was doing their best to clean tables as people were leaving so the new customers would have a clean table to go to.

I love the decor at Cane’s!

I was going to go until I seen they have 2 employees standing outside in 46 degree weather to take orders? It actually feels like 32 degrees & It’s not necessary as a business to have employees out in the cold like that especially not in the appropriate clothing. left a disappointed taste for a raising canes company. management should think and do better.

Canes has my heart. But my one complaint is the blaring music inside and outside both. I’d like to enjoy my strips and toast in peace

Chicken was good, but it did not taste fresh. The fries were fresh. They were very busy, so many people in the driveway & coming in to dine. When it is located near a university, that’s what happens. It was rather noisy. I love their tea the best.
