The food is awesome, I mean it better be when your famous for chicken strips. Hands down, best in the land. But I’m here because my son wanted to go to Cain’s for his 7th birthday. He was looking forward to it all day! We had a great experience, and at the end I purchased him one of those stuffed Caine’s dogs. The manager, such a sweet guy, gave the dog to him, realized it was his birthday and absolutely made his day! We’ll never forget his kindness and enthusiasm. Whoever you have managing Saturday nights, super nice, bubbly, cool hair, tall, grey shirt i believe, give him a raise. He’s awesome.

Visited for lunch… ordered the 3 piece finger meal. Superb chicken however the fries and bread were not so great. Months later, tried again and was much better. However it felt like the air was on and they had the fans running so it was cold. Not good for being in the middle of the winter season. Cashier was very nice and helpful. Again delicious chicken and the bread and fries were just as good. Keep it up!

I went trough the drive tru and order a box finger combo they give me my food in 1 minute literally so fast when I got home the chicken looked was cold and tasted super old this is beyond so disappointing and super annoying if I’m paying money for this then why is it okay to get your food old and cold.

Amazing, astonishing, yummy. The chicken here is so good. It can be a bit chewy and messy sometimes but it is perfectly heated. My personal favorite thing there has to be the bread. (I usually replace my coleslaw with another bread.) and the #1 thing we have to mention is the sauce. It truly could not get better.

My family thinks the food is really good here.
I think it is overpriced.
12.29+8.5% tax for 4 chicken fingers – IF you actually get 4 full sized fingers every single time.
This time we did get a good portion of fries, but we have been here several times when we get “Park Citied” on the fry portion or something else.
We also ordered 2 Bob’s for each box combo which were done nicely, occasionally they are also a hit or miss here.
So the crew was on today, front and back, in that regard.
BUT, one of the meals came with 3 chicken fingers and 1 chicken toe.
At $2.50 (taking out the cost of the fries, BOB and drink) a piece that is little pricey for 1/2 a finger.
I did mention it when I picked up the order, they seemed to not understand or didn’t want to swap it out for a complete hand.(4 fingers)
This happens 15-20% of the time so I’d like to have Cane’s corporate let me know what the magic phrase is to get a replacement finger for a toe.(the toe is the 3rd from the left in the posted picture) next time it happens.
Or have someone in the back Quality control the fingers and slip them in to the kids meals or drive throughs etc.
If somebody is ordering 4 or more box combos they are already into you for over $54 or more, if you want to stick it to
If you look at all the marketing materials in store and on Caned website you don’t see any “tiny” chicken fingers, not 1.
So, they are sort of setting expectations and setting their own mark of excellence to reach, so reach it.

FYI: “Park Citied” is when you pay a lot of money for food at a restaurant and then you are extremely underwhelmed by the food, portions, service and experience. As in Park City Utah.

The food is always great and fresh but for me it’s more a treat than a regular stop. I have a big appetite so the caniac is always my choice to fill my belly. But at almost 20 bucks can’t do it regularly.

I’ve tried this location a few different times months and weeks apart each time you end up getting fried chicken soaked in grease. It’s not very appetizing. I don’t know how they can put this kind of product out.

The chicken here is controversial, this place will either be a miss or your go to for the best chicken you’ve ever had. I am the latter. Food seems to appear about 6 seconds after you order it and all the staff are happy and energetic.

The reason for the 5 star review is that the manager/store lead Veronica went above and beyond in resolving an issue of a bad experience from a drive thru order. Mistakes happen but the genuine response in resolving and wanting to prevent future issues makes all the difference.
