Very good restaurant chain with their specialty being chicken fingers. The employees were very polite and friendly. A very clean dining room. There is also outdoor seating. The chicken was done just right, moist, not too dry. The fries could have been a bit more crisp. The bread was perfect Overall, I had a good experience and will return.

My daughter just left this location first off she didn’t receive a receipt she said her total was around $18 she ordered the 6 pc combo meal with a lemonade 3 sauces no salt on fries and extra toast. She didn’t receive the extra toast, the fries were cold , you can tell the bread was just sitting under the warmer as well as the chicken it wasn’t fresh at all. Coleslaw had a totally different taste than any other time, the lemonade taste just like sugar water not lemonade the tenders were lukewarm and tastes burnt and you can tell they’re also sitting. Bottom line food was completely horrible and to pay almost $18 and to get food like this is ridiculous. What’s really crazy is that it wasn’t crowded so it shouldn’t been a reason why the service was like this. And if you think this review is just a negative please at your receipts on your receipt end and you will see this order

This was our first visit to Raising Cane’s, and we weren’t sure what to expect, but we have to say, the food was really good! The chicken fingers were cooked to perfection and weren’t dry at all. We both really enjoyed the sauce too. We’d definitely recommend this place!

Not sure if counting sauces is hard, or if portioning just isn’t their thing. But a box combo with 3 extra sauces (4 total) and extra fries instead of coleslaw has never looked like this. The sauces are always off, usually why I order extra.

This is a chain restaurant. It was good. The service was very polite and friendly. The restaurant was very clean. It is located near I71 off Bagley Rd, which is very convenient. The chicken was good and was warm and tender, but the fries could have been crisper as they were a little soggy. Overall, everything was good and I will return.

No dining in but you can order inside to go, on their mobile app. or drive thru.
Quick service but customer service was lacking.
Food seems to have shrunk in size (chicken), and fries were smaller as well.
Texas toast was the best part of my meal besides their sweet tea and special dipping sauce.

Best chicken fingers I’ve ever eaten. All sides were salty. Music was extremely loud in the dining area and the music being played can only be described as rave type, which was not very pleasant or relaxing to eat dinner to. There was constant yelling/loud talking by the counter wait staff – the order taker thought he was the evening’s entertainment and very loud throughout our visit. He thought he was funny by telling my husband the $20 bill he gave him to pay for our order was counterfeit…not funny – at all.

Typical Raising Cane’s, you get exactly what you order. Tips for your meal are chicken extra crispy, honey mustard, butter on both sides of toast, no slaw but extra fries/toast. People tend to say the chicken isn’t seasoned well but that’s what the sauce is for, tenders are hot and fresh every time. The music in the restaurant is obnoxiously loud but I guess it fits the vibe.
