When this store first opened a few years ago the food and service was closely watched.
However today I would walk past it with a broken leg, and dying of starvation before I would stop here to get food.
They make you use the kiosk, and the people behind the counter are rude and inconsiderate of questions concerning food , and do not want to help you in any way.
IN SHORT THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND THE OWNERS NEED TO COME IN IN Disguise and check it out for yourself.
I am in management and can tell you the service in this store is a reflection of POOR MANAGEMENT. I will tell you I’m not the only person who feels this way.

I always stop here to gas up on my way to Charleston. Went inside to use the restroom and they were a horrible mess with no toilet paper. Asked the attendant for toilet paper and they said we don’t have any. Walk back to the car and found that the husband got an error message on the pump so we just decided to leave. Horrible experience.

My dasher was treated horrible by this guy on their staff! He held my food after it was already paid for and prepared to be sent out. He took the phones off the hooks. Keep serving other customers refusing my dasher my food delivery order! Don’t eat here. Unprofessional and rude.
