Incredibly gross and off putting to open my food containers to find someone else’s half consumed lunch. This place is a rip off in Clarksville, Virginia. Not worth the money. Not worth the price of the small, small, SMALL piece of a chicken wing….1/3 of a wing..not a wing as advertised but a piece of the wing…a drumette or the piece with the 2 bones in it…never seen the wing part on the end but it was…fried died and cooked to death.It was almost 10.00 for not even 3 complete wings…….I ask the lady how do you get the price for this chicken raise in Paris…we have chickens here running all over the place that would be much more of the price to sell in this small town. 7-11 need to go back to the big city and leave….we don’t want you around here. An yes charge 1.30 for two plastic ounces of chicken sauce that were watered down…..also what kind of drinks are in this place….never heard of most of these….I sure do wish Sheetz or WaWa was in your place. I keep going back to try to get a biscuit from the guy that made first one. The buttery biscuit was unforgettable. I have been back twice. Everyone is nice but unprofessional. Talking in front of customers w/o acknowledging them, loud, social conversations. I’m not sure of the time that they serve breakfast the ones coming out of the case can’t hold up to the first one. The mediocre at best. Otherwise the store is clean. The staff is nice but they need to tighten up with customer service.

If you like fried chicken and all the other fried food amenities that go with it, this raise the roost 7-Eleven is a good spot to visit. To my knowledge there are only two raise the roost 7-Elevens in the whole Richmond/ Henrico County area. Their fried chicken breast is pretty good. I don’t do fried food much but I am a sucker for chicken in general and theirs is pretty good

Gotta be the worst chicken on earth!! We passed thru Richmond and wanted to order something from Doordash since we settled in for the night. Zero idea this was connected to 7/11 stores. Doordash doesn’t provide that disclosure. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day!! Biscuits were hard. Chicken was stale. Sides highly unpleasant. They sent no utensils, condiments, or napkins. The best thing here was the packaging. The meal was nearly inedible. I can only imagine what the prep work looks like. Customer service was just as bad as the food smh. It was so ridiculous. I have no idea how these folks are still operating. Definitely the worst food on the road trip!!

Ordered DD last night 20 pc strips and sides. Was shorted 3 strips the sides were cold and biscuits tough as day old bread. The tenders we got were dry as dust. Thankfully got most money back from DD. Don’t buy from this place.

Everything they had was old and crusted over. We got our chicken home and it was uncooked. The guy running it had no clue what was going on and was taking customers behind us instead of grabbing our food. He made us and our young children wait for way too long. My kids wouldn’t touch their Mac and cheese and we told them they definitely didn’t have to. Do not go here!

I was given a breakfast sandwhich on the house to put in a review so here goes…not bad, at all for $3.99! The tortilla was a little bit doughy, but it was much later in the day and I guess they were wanting to get rid of the food than to throw it away…all in all it was very good because I pulled the tortilla off and at it separate some of it and there was a lot of pepper in the chicken tender breading, but since I love pepper that was okay…for some it may have been too much…….very tasty sandwhich for just 4 dollars and some change! The apple turnover was okay yet not my favorite…….had better…….since this was my first experience trying them out they weren’t so bad and I’ll probably be back no question!!!!!!!
