Love this restaurant! I ordered Sarah’s sandwich and scrambled eggs. The sandwich came with small fried potatoes. The meal was absolutely delicious! I am giving it 4 stars (would do 5), only because I had to go inside to order and grab my own water and utensils.
I was able to have my dog with me and the outside patio area was perfect. Healthy food can taste really good and I can t wait to go back to try something different.

Partner got the Vegan Pesto BLT. It’s a cold option but was really good. The vegan bacon was surprisingly good. I got some Sarah’s sandwich or something — hot sandwich with a veggie pattie and it was great.

The Rainbow Restaurant has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of room to dine in. Weather permitting, the outdoor dining area is comfortable and dog friendly. Blankets are available for days when there is a slight chill in the air. The food is always amazing! Every time I visit my daughter in Ft. Collins, it is a must visit!

The burrito was out of control. Price is a bit high but was happy enough with the amount that I got for it and how good it was. We’ve been coming to Rainbow since the early 2000s. The quality of the food has remained consistently excellent over the years. Yes, it has changed to self-service when it comes to getting your own water, but in this day and age of rising food costs, let’s appreciate a locally owned restaurant that has offered so much goodness and heart in serving the Fort Collins community.

I can’t believe I haven’t been here before today! It’s a cute place with plenty of seating inside and a large outdoor seating area, as well. You order your food at the counter and then it is brought to your table. I forgot to take a picture of the food, but it was very tasty! The servers were all friendly and seemed to enjoy themselves. I will go back!

Excellent place for Gluten free and Dairy Free options. Staff was truly amazing and made an EXTRA effort to secure the safety of my food. Outside seating had flowers and plants, umbrellas for the tables and a gazebo. We were in Fort Collins and found this place. The teas and coffee were delicious.
