So I came here with family last Thursday on my bday week to grab a couple bites before heading home after watching the sunset at the beach.
I give the food rating a 5 out of 5 stars bc I wasn’t disappointed by my scallops. Other places don’t make it the way I like and this sushi was actually delicious.
I give the service a 5 out of 5 stars bc initially we were seated somewhere cold where the a/c vent was directed at us, but they allowed us to move to a better table. So we appreciated that a lot.
I give the atmosphere a 4 out of 5 stars bc when you walk inside everything you see fits the vibe of an asian sushi bar. The bathroom, however, almost ruined that vibe for me bc when I had to go relieve myself I noticed the bathroom smelled like the kitchen which wasn’t pleasing at all. The kitchen should smell only like a kitchen and the bathroom should smell only like the cleaning products it has been cleaned with and I was dismayed. Bc why does the bathroom make me feel like when I opened the door I felt like I accidentally walked into the kitchen?!
Regardless of the bathroom issue, overall, I still give this place a 5 star out of 5!

Decent food. Prices are a little high compared to other sushi restaurants around and what I mean is by portion size. Seaweed salad was really small compared to 4 other sushi places I’ve been to and the price is about the same for all of them. As far as quality, I feel the rice for the sushi roll was a little too soggy. I went with the “Whatever” roll since I love conch. The conch wasn’t the highest quality and almost took away from the overall experience of the roll due to its almost crunchy texture rather than being chewy. Overall, it wasn’t bad but with all the sushi restaurants in the area it would not be my first pick.

We’ve been going here since they opened! Absolutely the best sushi in Pinellas County! Everything is fresh and delicious! We love the Big Dog, Cry Baby, cheese Rangoons, soups, ginger salad..well everything we’ve had!! They have good Thai food too. The owners are the nicest people and they employ the best staff. Always a fantastic experience!!

I thought I would write another review simply because this is such a phenomenal culinary destination. I have been here many times and always enjoy everything I order. Lily is a most personable and attentive human and I always look forward to her hospitality. My youngest daughter very much enjoys this establishment as well. I obviously highly recommend this GEM of a location!
