seated immediately, friendly service. kind of cold in the back area.
the brussels were crispy, sweet, and filling. the bourbon glaze salmon was not too sweet, but the salmon was a tad overdone. the dish was extremely oily, with oil pooling in the plate, but the overall flavors were very good.
the southwest bowl is great but adding $14 for a smell strip of salmon is excessive – it makes it a $35 dollar dish. Its great, a lot of food, no complaints on the dish itself, just don’t think it’s worth $35.
Overall the flavors and service was great.

Simply the best burger I have ever eaten: Rail-Avore. And the thing is, I saw it arrive and thought to myself – here’s a preformed patty with scalloped shaped cookie cutter sides. I was not prepared for my first bite. And I cannot tell you how many people I have told about how good my burger was. Immediate fan. When I come back I don’t even know if I can make myself try something else. So good. 100% recommend.

Super impressed with the attention and atmosphere. I wasn’t even expecting average food, but it was well above average. The Smash Burger was filling, fresh and delicious. The beer glasses were the cleanest I have seen in years. Great teamwork here and no judgement if you want to eat a burger as a appetizer!

The Sunday brunch bunch came by here to try this spot out and the food was absolutely fantastic, got here around 11am and there was no wait, served quickly, ordered the chicken and waffles and they were one of the best for the brunch crew so far, the breading for the chicken is delicious, the chicken fried biscuit wasn’t too bad, the egg lacked a bit of flavor and the sandwich had to be eaten with a fork and knife but that is not bad at all. The caribou coffee was ok not a robust or strong flavor but good otherwise, the server was good, didn’t over but the drinks did not run dry. The only downside is just the amount of flies where we were seated, will be back for chicken and waffles.

The menu is not extremely large but all of the food was fantastic!!!!! Burgers are probably at the top of the list. If they happen to have the blueberry lemon cake definitely try it!!! It was absolutely amazing to eat.

We’ve been to Rail Craft Kitchen & Bar in Dublin a couple of times now. The place has a nice, laid-back atmosphere—perfect for family dinners or grabbing a bite with friends—and the staff is always friendly and attentive.
The real standout here is the smash burgers. They’re flavorful, and cooked to perfection with that crispy edge that makes smash burgers so addictive. We’ve ordered them both times we’ve visited, and they’ve never disappointed—definitely some of the best around. Pair them with the fries or tots, and you’re set for a winner.
That said, we ventured off the burger path last time, and it didn’t go as well. My daughter ordered the chicken tacos from the specials menu, and unfortunately, they were a big miss. They just weren’t good—lacked flavor, and the overall execution fell flat compared to everything else. It was disappointing enough that we’ve learned our lesson: stick to what they do best!
Overall, this place earns a solid 4 out of 5 stars from us. The smash burgers are consistently excellent, the service is reliable, and it’s a fun local spot. We’ll definitely be back—just know to keep it simple and go for the burgers next time. Highly recommend if you’re in the Dublin area and craving a great burger!

My family and I came for restaurant week, and really enjoyed the menu! Fried pickles always a hit, and really enjoyed the chicken tacos that were an addition to the menu this week. My family members all got the Buckeye pie which they all thoroughly enjoyed. That being said, our serve was incredibly rude, unprofessional and abrasive. We witnessed the same rudeness and unprofessionalism to other tables as well. We were seated on the patio and When the restaurant dimmed the lights for dinner it was quite a bit darker making very hard to read the menus. Another table asked if they could turn the lights up slightly, and instead of checking to see if they could bring the lights up, he responded with “Have you dined at a restaurant in the last 20 years? Every restaurant does this!” My mom ordered a burger plain and specified just meat, cheese and bun. He went on a 5 minute tangent about how plain REALLY means “bun and meat, and everyone’s definition of plain is different, and you can’t make everyone happy” It was the same when my step dad ordered tacos and ask for no green onions, explained that he couldn’t do that because the “Pico de gallo had green onions too, and therefore would have plain tacos” It was just rude remark, after rude remark. On top of the fact that he was sitting down at tables to just be able to take people’s orders, complaining of “multiple fractures” in his leg. We were less than impressed and could not believe the unprofessionalism. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but was a bigger man that was limping around.

Food was tasty and prompt. My waiter was attentive. I am from out of town so it was nice to try a new restaurant that is local to the area!

DONT GET THE WINGS!!
Services were great. Online ordering easy. Food was not good at all! Burgers were basic not bad. But the WINGS absolutely horrible! They were disappointing and disgusting. Not jumbo wings at all , the chicken when bitten into just was chunks of hard dry meat like it’s been sitting in a rotisserie for hours before sauce is applied.

Our waitress was amazing and super kind! The food was not bad. The seasonal drinks were nothing to write home about and were a little disappointing. However, the Bourbon Pecan Pie was a slice of heaven!
Our waitress was also super sweet in letting me and my friend stay a little later to catch up, though we were both done eating and had already cashed out!
