The Chicharrón sandwich is a must have. My only complaint was the pork was a little bit dry but was still super tender and enjoyable. I will be back to try more. The seats are limited when busy. The employees are great here.

This place slaps. Their staff is super friendly and patient with an illiterate gringo like me, and their chicken is to die for. I love it so much that we even get it for our weekly lunches for the crew at work. The yuca is friend to perfection without any of the stringyness that I associate with faster places like Pollo Campero. Raices is better. Their plantains are soft and flavorful, beans delicious and GI friendly. Even though their chicken slays When I’ve been in person it was for my Fav Peruvian dish llomo saltado and here es me encanto

A truly excellent Peruvian rotisserie chicken with two large sides! It’s my first time here, and it’s one of the best chickens in town. I love a good Peruvian chicken, but haven’t found a favorite in Manassas till now, it’s legit! Plump, juicy and spiced right. So good!

We used to love this place but they recently started adding MSG (monoglutamato de sodio) in the recipe and this got my family sick. Sad because they used to be one of the only places in Manassas that didn’t use it.

This place is delicious! This is our go-to spot whenever we want peruvian chicken. Chicken is nicely flavored and the sides are always delicious. Price is worth it and quantity is great.
We also decided to try something other than the chicken and got the lomos saltados, which was also delicious! Steak is nice and tender and flavorful and one of the few places I can get this dish.
And of course, they have the green and yellow sauces, which they give a lot of without having to ask for more.
Great service and great food.

Great food at affordable prices. Good place to stop by for a quick meal. Their service is pretty good and fast as well. Their charcoal chicken is my favorite. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the Manassas area.

My family and I have been coming here for a few years now. Hands down the best chicken and Carne asada you will ever have. Mouth watering flavors and a great atmosphere. If you haven’t been by you def should. (Excuse the chicken picture…I couldn’t help myself before I remembered to take one )

At Raices Peruvian restaurant I visited was a delightful culinary experience. Their cilantro lime chicken was a standout dish, perfectly balancing the tanginess of lime with the freshness of cilantro. The chicken was tender and juicy, infused with aromatic flavors that danced on my palate with each bite. The dish was served with a side of fluffy rice and yucca enhancing its vibrant flavors even more. It was a memorable dining experience that left me craving more.
My personal recommendations. Stop flat topping the chicken. Every dish should use the rotisserie chicken. You have this huge rotisserie, put that tender moist chicken in every dish. Also get some native prints of Peru and hand on the walls in the table area. Lastly, you have a fake wall full of vines. Well those of us in the reviewer biz. Well it’s nothing but a dust collector and it’s right by your serving area. Ever time the air moves, so does dust in there.
Overall a great place to eat, would just like to see a few changes. Including an Ice Maker that actually makes ice.

The chicken is AMAZING. The green chili pepper sauce was fruity and perfectly seasoned while also packing a punch.

One of my top five restaurant destinations anywhere in the country. The atmosphere is fine but the the the real draw is the food (which is AMAZING). The staff has also always been very nice.
