We wanted to try this place as it is near our home. Beautiful interior design and they have live singing on a Friday night when we visited them.
Ordered their Quesabirria, it was not the best that I’ve tried, but they were good! We like the crispiness of the shells and the beef was flavorful. We also got their Dela Casa Bowl with grilled chicken, vegetables, beans, rice, and avocado on top. I enjoyed this so much! I like the combination of all the ingredients and they were very filling.
Definitely going back here when we are craving for fast Mexican food.

This is by far one of the best Mexican restaurants in Jacksonville. My wife and I learned about this place a week ago. We have now been here a few times. The staff is honestly one of the most professional, pleasant, and patient individuals we’ve come across in a long time. They make us feel as if we are walking into a family or very good friends house. I am not Mexican, (I am Ecuadorian) however I grew up in Los Angeles and enjoy mexican food very much. Their dishes are really fresh, they taste great, and the portions are very good and affordable. I love that they are able to accommodate my child, and made sure that his Torta was not only made the way he wanted it, but it also tasted amazing. The choco flan is out of this world. I would also like to recognize Jacobo (owner), he is one the most wonderful, pleasant individuals, I have ever met. When he and my wife talk about the different dishes their parents and family made for them, I can clearly see the enjoyment they experienced.

Great new fast-casual Mexican restaurant with the flavors of a homemade meal. You can taste the freshness of all the ingredients /toppings plus a great selection of freshly made hot sauces. The place is super clean, spacious and well decorated with authentic Mexican hand made art. Just ask the attendant which mild/hot sauce they would recommend for each item you order and you will be surprised of the how the flavors are intensified, providing the best tasting experience. They also have live music on some days like tuesday and friday.

The staff is attentive and kind.
The menu has a great variety, and the create your own burrito has a large amount of options available.
The Esquite was a delicious variation on Mexican Street Corn.
It is a little pricey, but worth every penny.

Raices food is great. I’ve been there 3 times, each time I’ve been impressed by the flavors of the various items ordered. My favorite is the Quesabirria, the consomme is delicious. You don’t get food options like that at other casual dine in locations.

A new fast-casual Mexican restaurant has opened in my neighborhood! I’m thrilled to see this area growing, especially since I worked in the same shopping center for 13 years. As a fan of family-owned restaurants, I’m loving the vibe here and the incredibly welcoming staff. The food was great, and we enjoyed the drinks too. They have a full bar with frozen margaritas. They also have homemade horchata, and strawberry milk.
