Outstanding. High Quality authentic Mexican food. The last time I experienced Mexican food like this was in Tulum. The service was phenomenal and extremely friendly-they are genuinely happy you are there and take the extra time to genuinely ask how everything is. The table side guacamole is A MUST. My husband said the chimichungas are the best he ever had. I had the fried Red Snapper. It was extremely fresh and well cooked. Lots of love and care goes into this establishment. The cute cups added fun

Phenomenal restaurant in every aspect. The food was fresh, seasoned to perfection and piping hot. They have a separate vegetarian section on the menu so it is very accommodating to vegans and they also have gluten free options. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and pretty with authentic Mexican art. The bathrooms were in pristine condition. The manager was super friendly and mentioned she is a vegetarian that wanted a Mexican restaurant with more options and to have her grandmother’s recipes live on. The prices were reasonable and the alcohol was cheap. We went during happy hour and my draft beer was less than $5! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. I ordered the vegetarian chorizo tacos and my husband ordered veggie fajitas, we were both amazed at how delicious they were.

I visited this place after reading a lot of great comments, and overall it lived up to most of them. The atmosphere is excellent. It feels comfortable and cozy the moment you walk in.

I tried several dishes. The chicken soup was incredible. The enchiladas, though, missed the mark and even arrived a little cold. The elote made up for it. It was wonderful. The dessert, “Arroz con Leche”, was fine but pretty basic for what I expected.

Even with a few food inconsistencies, the service carried the experience. Every person from the entrance to the exit treated me with kindness and a genuine smile. It made the whole visit feel warm and welcoming.

The food is good, the service is great, and the place is worth visiting. I’ll be back for sure.

Went here with the kids. The food is so authentic and great. The loaded nachos was one of the best. The birria tacos were great. The fried icecream was “gross” according to my daughter and I. A disappointment. But like i said, the food otherwise was great. It was one of the only reason why we go out.

Ordered off the lunch menu. I had Juntos Pero No Revueltos which was just an egg on a corn tortilla one in a red sauce and the other green. No flavor, very bland, served with rice and small bowls of beans which was literally cold. All the food was cold. Wife had a small taco salad which was just chicken, spring mix of greens and some beans, it did have one cherry tomato cut in half..lol. chicken was bland although I did like the dressing. Our granddtr had a childs enchilada with rice and beans. When everything arrived it look fantastic, cheese looked melted. It all must have sat their for quite awhile because it was all literally quite cold. I’m Spaniard and from California this was the worst tasting Mexican food I have ever had here.

A group of us stopped in for lunch at Raices. Only one of us had been to the restaurant before. There was only one table seated when we arrived so there were plenty open tables. The restaurant is very open but slightly darker lighting which made it hard to read the menu. They had a small lunch menu as well as the regular menu. We ordered off of both. Enchiladas, chimichangas, quesadillas, and coctel de camaron. All of the food was good but not great. Service was extremely slow for being fairly empty. Overall good but nothing spectacular to take it to great.

This food here was absolutely amazing. Rich and delicious authentic Mexican. I went on a Saturday night and it was crowded but there was only a short wait. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. I wouldn’t say that the prices are “cheap” but they weren’t expensive either. I paid about what I’d expect. Complimentary chips and salsa (which was delicious) and waters for everyone are always a nice touch. The kids menu offered American staples, which is great because otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to make a family trip there. My little man had chicken tenders and fries. When we left he declared “actually, I like that place.”

From the Mexican food lover;
Place is underwhelming from the outside, but that is where it stops.
Very nice place. Décor, the uniforms, lighting and decorations. All well done for the space.

Had the Mole’ sauce on some chicken enchiladas. Mole’ was very good, one ofthe better ones I have had.
Great service. Lots of little details.
Don’t bother with anywhere else if you want some great Mexican food. This is the place.
