The parking lot can be a little tight/small if it’s during peak hours so just be aware of that. I came for lunch on a Friday afternoon and it was moderately crowded. Service was quick, the ramen amazingly flavorful. Each bite was better than the last. Perfect spot for a cold day!

Revisited Rai Rai Ramen. I haven’t been there in years. It looks like they revamped their menu, but I could tell the crowd favorites were still there. I decided to try their Vegetarian Mapo Tofu Ramen, and I was not sure what it would be like, but it was exactly what I wanted on a cold day–warm, filling yet light, and all Noodles. The broth was thick and hearty. I am sure I had about half of it, and I packed up the rest but it filled a whole container.
Staff was also kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

This is my meal after feeling full. I forgot to take a picture before. This place literally has the most amazing Ramen in my opinion. Very authentic, excellent portions on the serving. If you are craving some good Ramen this is definitely the place to go. I drove from 40 minutes away even though there are thousands of places near me I wouldn’t mind taking a drive to come to eat this Ramen here specially since they serve to my palate and preferences as a person who loves vegetarian dishes and not always wants things that are meat based like pork or anything and they have options for everyone. Really love the options, the price and just overall experience where you can eat and enjoy your food without the chaos. Thank you for providing excellent food.

The food was very good and the staff were nice.
I had ordered the food for takeout but dined there a very long time ago and have to say, I would prefer dining in since it’ll be nice to have it right when it comes from the kitchen.
The only thing I’ll say is that unless you’re very familiar with the items listed on the menu, I would suggest going there in person even for a takeout since they could explain the items and make any substitutions if possible.
Check it out and experience the delicious food.

Disgusting Food & No Hospitality Whatsoever!!! The owner came over after the server noticed we didn’t enjoy our food and kept saying how he “ doesn’t understand “ why we didn’t enjoy it when their food is “ very popular “ . Yet told us we “ ordered the wrong dishes “ ( 2 appetizers and 2 ramen bowls BTW – bao buns and some fried chicken app & Fried Shrimp Bowl and Kim Chee Bowl ) then insisted we try his recommended bowl which in the end tasted worst than what we originally ordered. The chicken DID NOT look, smell, or taste like chicken. The pork was slimy and mysterious meat as well. And broth in ramen bowls had an odd taste that turned both of us off immediately. Even though we weren’t expecting a completely free meal , he refused to take anything off the check. We didn’t want anything wrapped nor anymore food after trying what we ordered and forced us to take his recommendation when we kindly declined multiple times and didn’t want to waste it. And still continued on and on about he great their food was. Awful Hospitality , nasty food and will never be returning. Worst $80 spent

We had lunch as a family of five at Rai Rai Ramen, hoping for a comforting, flavorful ramen experience — unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. We ordered two seafood ramen, one tan tan men, and one katsu ramen. While the bowls came out warm and visually appealing, the flavors were still overwhelmingly salty, even though we specifically requested low sodium. This was a major letdown, especially for those of us sensitive to heavy seasoning.
But what left a more sour taste was the lack of attentiveness from the staff. We had to flag someone down more than once just to ask for water refills and additional napkins. There wasn’t much of a welcoming or friendly attitude either — it felt rushed and impersonal, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy.
What’s more surprising — and disappointing — was the automatic 18% gratuity added to our bill, even though we were a party of just five. There was no heads-up about this policy either, and with the level of service we received, it felt unjustified.
Unfortunately, Rai Rai Ramen didn’t live up to the hype. If you’re looking for good ramen with mindful service, this might not be the spot.
