Big step down from the Mt. Laurel location, in terms of the broth anyway. The charsiu was great. The broth didn’t taste like the Rai Rai I go to often. I got the black garlic tonkotsu and you can see that there’s barely any black garlic on top, and the broth was thinner than I’m used to. Heavier on black pepper than I expected.

Probably the best ramen in New Jersey. Pork was incredibly tender, you NEED to try the pork buns. I got the Akamaru Modern Ramen with corn and it was just the right amount of spice. Wish I could have finished it all but man I’m stuffed. Will absolutely come back
