We went to Ragu in Preston and had an amazing meal. We tried the pizzas and pasta and everything was incredible. The flavours were spot on and the dishes clearly made with care. The wine selection was excellent and paired perfectly with our food.
The service was very friendly and welcoming, and they cater for all dietary needs. We’ll definitely be coming back. Finally a real taste of Italy right here in Preston!

We went to celebrate Mother’s Day at Ragu, a new Italian restaurant that has just opened in Preston. The chef, Luca, is Italian and cooks all his family recipes. The service was fantastic and the food was absolutely incredible.
The menu is very full and they also do amazing cocktails. I had an Amaretto Sour, which was delicious. The kids’ menu is great and they cater for all dietary requirements, including gluten-free and dairy-free options. My daughter loved her pizza.
We started with the calamari, which was amazing, and the arancini di ragu as starters. For mains we had a pasta and the chef’s lasagna, and every dish was outstanding.
Totally recommend it. It really feels like a trip straight to the heart of Italy and you won’t regret it.

Really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were friendly and attentive without being over the top.
The food was great and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The portions were good and the presentation was nice too. Service was quick and the staff were happy to help with recommendations.
