Owners is Ann & Benny Pugh it was always Anns dream to serve people good quality food with a smile. She started in food industrie at just 13 years old at chuck’s dinner in kingsport many year ago. So now her and her family’s dream has come true yet again to serve people the best food she can. She loves what she does and to see all the smiles of her customers. God has truly blessed her. I ordered breakfast from here and it honestly blew me away. The biscuits and gravy were rich, creamy, and seasoned just right — true comfort food that hits the spot. The egg was light, fluffy, and cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of flavor and texture. Even the tenderloin had that homemade taste that lets you know it was made with care. Everything was hot, fresh, and made me feel like I was sitting down to a home-cooked meal. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. I’ll definitely be coming back — easily one of the best, most satisfying breakfasts I’ve had in a long time!

This has quickly become my new favorite burger joint. The burgers are always fresh and delicious, the onion rings have been perfectly fried EVERY TIME (it’s weird how easy it is to cook onion rings wrong, but not here!), the prices are reasonable (considering how inflated everything is these days, at least) and the staff are very friendly.
There is almost no room inside to wait for your order inside so I strongly encourage ordering ahead and picking up, especially in the cold or rain.
I will continue to order from here at least once a week until you see me say otherwise with an updated review.

I really enjoy discovering new places to eat and I especially enjoyed stopping by this wonderful local mom and pop restaurant, it’s small but don’t be fooled by it’s size. The meals served here are delicious home cook’n! Ragidy Ann’s is a hidden gem. I will definitely find my way back there again and again. Delicious!!
(Also while you’re there, be sure to pay a visit to the neighboring produce stand fresh from the garden, as well as Jams and Jellies.)

My husband had asked me where I wanted to get dinner from for my birthday and I chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner today. The people are absolutely amazing so down to earth. The food was delicious and fresh. It truly made my day when I was wished happy birthday. Definitely awesome restaurant great people and great food. Most definitely will recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. You all are truly kind people and in my prayers.

Quality food with the nicest owners I ever meet. Your like family there .we are always treated well . We have tried many daily specials and cheeseburgers and nothing has disappointed us. And as far as handicap accessible it’s a drive through. Where else can you get home cooked, quality fresh made food with a dive through. I’m handicap and most of the time I would have to just get some nasty chain restaurant food. This place is fantastic. Been eating her food for years and I will continue to. If you haven’t tried it yet I suggest you give it a try. It’s the best restaurant in that area. We have tried them all.
