This darling little shop is DEFINITELY worth a stop. We sat out on the inviting front porch & we loved the whole vibe. Wonderfully interesting decor pieces & simple but really cute set-up. The girls working there were all very sweet. We were disappointed because they were out of several of the ingredients that were listed in our menu selections. They didn’t tell us this until the sandwiches were already made, then asked if we wanted to substitute anything. We would have liked to have known about that before they prepared our food because we definitely would have chosen other things. They explained that they had been super busy earlier & so the shortage occurred. These things happen & not a biggie. Our orders were delicious despite the missing ingredients & we enjoyed them very much. I would definitely go back again & highly recommend!

From my (one time) experience: Wonderful service and cooking! One of the best third places to sit, commune, learn, relax, and have some good food downtown. Have a wonderful second floor and back patio, that i should’ve taken a photo of for the review (oh well).

The service is great! They have a regular coffee menu with the basics and a seasonal/holiday coffee menu as well. The flavor profile for the holiday coffees didn’t really work and were way too sweet. Coffee had good strength. They do have pasteries and food available. There is indoor and outdoor seating.

Several of our food items they ran out of ingredients and we needed to approve substitutions. The staff was not super kind with the missing items and didn’t make any apologies for the missing items. The place was nice and had character, but it seemed crowded with stuff. Wish they had all the ingredients. This happened for various menu items and multiple customers while we were there.

An absolute cracker. Really good coffee and sandwich. Efficient service, and a nice, warm, relaxed atmosphere.
The best place I got lunch during a long-awaited visit to Gettysburg from the UK.
Recommended.

Everytime I go here it feels like the employees are annoyed that I walked in. But I can’t blame them for being miserable with owners who yell and berate them publicly over menial things.
I was there one time and saw and heard the owner screaming at an employee. The poor girl was crying.
The coffee is mid. Food is basic and slow.
Go to presidents next door. Way better.
Back patio is cute tho!

My family and I really enjoyed this shop. It was recommended to us by a family friend. I had a White chocolate mocha with Carmel coffee cake, my son had a banana, strawberry & raspberry smoothie with an Apple coffee cake, my daughter had a Chai latta with blueberry lemon cake & my husband had a bagel with egg, ham & pepper jack cheese and a smoothie. Service was great and everyone is very helpful!

*first visit to Gettysburg.* Visiting from Miami,FL while spending a week in the area attending a conference.
Up early and was looking for a smoothie. While most smoothie places open up at 10am, this shop opens at 6:30am and I was pleasantly delighted by the offerings at this quaint shop. Wide variety of coffees, teas, smoothie, pastries and a French toast with egg and sausage frittata. So many wonderful options to try. I selected the Blackbelt smoothie (which has a combination of spinach, banana and another fruit). I was adventurous and added lavender to my smoothie and requested an oat milk base. (Unfortunately they were out of whey protein).
My partner selected an apple crumble and small Costa Rican coffee.
The shop reminded him of coffee houses in Europe. The Ragged Edge Coffee house seems popular with locals. There is a second level upstairs with additional seating and a play area for toddlers . We had an opportunity to meet with one of the owners Mr. Phil was sitting at a table downstairs. He was very friendly and personable. We enjoyed our morning visit here and look forward to returning again before leaving the area. ☕

Nice little coffee spot in Gettysburg. Hubby and I both enjoyed a cup of pumpkin spice latte. I had the baked oatmeal packed with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas with steamed milk. It was a huge portion. Hubby had a tasty breakfast sandwich. The vibe is cozy. They have upstairs seating, which we chose. There are lots of books on shelves and a kids’ corner to play. The only negative thing I would say of course is parking, pay meters and sometimes hard to find and we said for dine in and everything was packed up. That really wasn’t a huge issue. Try it if you are out there!
