While visiting Bowling Green, stopped in for dinner. Busy place, but we were able to get a booth in the bar with waiting. I got the Kona chicken- good and juicy. Hubs got the backyard burger- good but messy. We got the nutty honey croissants for dessert- I didn’t like them, but hubs did.

Walked in and the door was helpd open for our entire group. This place truly knows how to treat a customer, and what southern hospitality. The food was on point for sure. The BBQ sauce had just the right amount of kick and flavor. The portions are more than ample so come hungry. Thank you for showing a southern boy a great time. You’re true masters of your craft and my hats off to the entire staff, especially tge cooks. The wet napkins and lemon with the ribs plate is something I’ve never seen. To the front of house well done.

Rafferty’s BG does it right! We almost drove on as the parking lot was pretty full, and they looked busy. But we gave it a try. Hostess opened the door for us as we walked up. Hostess seated us right away. They were busy looking as we were going to our table. A server took our drink and appetizer order promptly. Our main server, Tyrone came and we went ahead and ordered our main entrees. Another sever brought our drinks and appetizer as he took out order.. very fast efficient service so far. Timing on their part and speed of service was spot on. Food came out from another server, and our server right behind, making sure everything was correct. We probly had 4 different servers waiting on us from drink refills, bringing out food, and checking to see if we needed anything. Everyone was very friendly. The experience was exceptional. Customer service was phenomenal.

Went there for the first time and it was better than I expected. There was 4 in my party and everyone had something different. All the food was well prepared served quickly and delicious. Salads were very good, several different kinds of house-made dressings. The house special hot croissants were amazing. Steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered. I had the pork chops and they were moist and tender. If I had one recommendation for them it would be that a little homemade sauce would have been nice since grilled pork doesn’t have a lot of flavor, but with all the other things I was still very satisfied. We had 2 different desserts and both were delicious. Finally, our waiter (Jackson) was spot on.. very friendly, very attentive, great job!

Not from around here, first timer at Raffertys. Wasn’t sure what to get, Johnny, our waiter, suggested the tossed chicken tenders after asking me some questions. Hit it square out of the park. It’s probably one of my favorite dinners in some time. Around 8-10 nice sized tenders in hot sauce with fries.
Also highly recommended the Bluegrass special. Hickory Grilled bbq chicken sandwich with bacon, of course. Sorry, no pic. She was halfway through it before I remembered to take pictures.
Topped it off with a Goose Island IPA.
Restaurant has great food. Our waiter was one of the best I’ve ever had. All the staff was friendly. And it seemed like the price was right.
I forgot to get a pic before I tore into this, ate 2 tenders and half the fries first. Oh yeah, I forgot we had the fried mushrooms… they were perfectly cooked and delicious.

Mushroom appetizer was chefs kiss. I had the tender salad and it did not disappoint. The salad came with a croissant covered honey which was a sweet surprise.
Maggie was also a sweet and pleasant server, and she was very attentive. Overall this was a great first experience here and we’ll return soon.

I normally LOVE Rafferty’s. I usually get the club, which is great. But today I tried the prime rib sandwich. HUGE mistake! We ordered carry out, and when I got home with the food, I found a bun sitting on top of a hunk of meat. No toppings, no mayo, no horseradish, no cheese, nothing. And the “prime rib” was no where near Prime. It was tough, chewy, and mostly fat and gristle. Inedible! At least the bread and fries were good.

We had dinner on a Sunday night. Even though the parking lot looked full, we were escorted promptly to table. The bread with honey and butter came with our meal. I had soup and salad. The portions were good for the money. We ended up taking food home for later.

Disgusting. I had a takeaway burger and loaded fries. It was absolutely disgusting. They packaged everything in Styrofoam. I couldn’t eat it. My burger was drenched in BBQ sauce. Unmelted cheese.. the fries were a literal grease ball. I will never eat there again.
